The Role SoFi is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our home loans local market sales team. This role is pivotal in transforming how our local sales professionals, including Loan Officers, connect with SoFi members and manage in market relationships. Join the forefront of our Home Lending Product & Platform transformation. While SoFi is a leading, fast-growing digital lender, we know that the local ecosystem remains absolutely critical to the home-buying journey. This creates a rare opportunity to own a true 0->1 launch, designing and standing up our first local market approach while simultaneously defining the long term product strategy. The role blends building and scaling with rapid learning: launching early, iterating quickly, and using data to continuously inform both product and business decisions.
