The Role: The Senior Director Process Improvement - Global Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving transformative change across the entire organization. What you’ll need: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field. • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal, or compliance risk management in a bank or financial services company. • Strong working knowledge of federal and state banking laws and regulations including, but not limited to, Reg Z, E, DD, CC, UDAAP, FCRA, BSA/AML, and Fair Lending. • Demonstrated success in implementing or managing regulatory change programs within a compliance or enterprise risk function. • Deep understanding of the CMS and 2LOD responsibilities including independence, credible challenge, documentation standards, and escalation protocols. • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to convert regulatory language into actionable and digestible guidance. • Highly organized and accountable; able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with accuracy and clarity. • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across lines of defense. Nice to have: • CRCM, CAMS, or CCEP certification are highly preferred. • Experience with GRC systems (e.g.,ServiceNow) to track regulatory changes and tie them to controls and policies. • Experience with Reg Change Management tools (e.g., Compliance AI, Regology, Cube). • Familiarity with regulatory exams and supervisory expectations related to change management (OCC 2011-29, OCC 2017-43). • Experience contributing to or leading compliance transformation programs including automation of compliance processes and taxonomy standardization. • Understanding of policy governance, training updates, and control testing in response to regulatory change. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint or Google Suite tools with a strong command of visualization techniques for dashboards and summaries. • Strategic problem-solver with a bias for action and the ability to drive sustainable compliance solutions across the enterprise. • Comfortable in an agile, entrepreneurial environment and able to deliver results under changing priorities. The role: As a Dispute Investigation Associate, you will be responsible for assisting SoFi Members in adjudicating disputes they believe to be in error. Dispute Investigation Associates review account details, including all relevant transactions, credits, and debits to the accounts, recent history of logins, updates to PII, and disputed merchant history, to accurately resolve the dispute. You will use your knowledge of US banking regulations and operating procedures and your experience to analyze the information provided by the Member, including all account and transaction information available. Using all relevant information, you will determine the facts around the dispute, removing all possible biases and making an accurate dispute decision. What you’ll do: Research, investigate, and resolve debit, credit, ACH, and check disputes (both authorized and unauthorized) to ensure they stay within regulatory requirements with consistent contact with SoFi or other partners as directed Analyzes disputed transactions, spending patterns, account access, and relevant member data to make decisions on claims of fraud or errors in adherence to all banking regulations using provided guidance.
