Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Analyst to join our team and support the ongoing optimization, enhancement, and maintenance of our Workday ecosystem. This role will be responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, user support, and cross-functional project execution across a wide range of modules, including HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Onboarding, Security, Benefits, Adaptive Learning, and Talent & Performance. Experience with DAM systems such as Brandfolder is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodology is advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to synthesize information and drive alignment. Proven track record working with creatives – writers, designers, videographers –throughout the production process.
