This role emphasizes operational excellence, focusing on day-to-day maintenance, incident response, and automation of cloud environments. Core Responsibilities: - Deploy and manage Azure cloud infrastructure including compute resources, virtual networks, storage solutions, and application services - Monitor and optimize cloud system performance by tracking availability, performance metrics, and proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations - Implement and enforce security measures including security policies, best practices, and compliance requirements to safeguard cloud resources and protect sensitive data - Automate cloud operations and processes by developing scripts and automation tools using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce human error - Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues by managing incidents with a focus on service restoration and collaborating with development and IT teams to minimize downtime - Manage rollout of patches and release management including scheduling and implementing system updates following organizational guidelines - Optimize cloud costs by monitoring and analyzing resource usage to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost optimization strategies - Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data and application availability during unforeseen events -Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment, evaluate new services based on requirements, and recommend architectural improvements - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for cloud infrastructure, configurations, processes, and operational procedures

Desired Skills and Experience: • 3 to 5 years of Scrum Master or agile project management experience for technical projects • Digest business process diagrams and systems interaction diagrams • Interpret business needs and aid in the transition of requirements to technical design • Promote thoughtful analysis discussions during and after requirements turnover throughout the project lifecycle • Organize team artifacts and iterative events/ ceremonies • Effectively communicate risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders • Partner closely with business stakeholders and other IT teams during the project • Agile/Scrum training or certification a plus • Experience with data warehouse and reporting systems a plus • Project Management tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams Responsibilities: The Resource s responsibilities shall include but not be limited to the following, as directed by Client: • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service by becoming a trusted resource to our business partners and across the IT organization. • Take ownership of projects/tasks/issues/impediments and work them through completion while following Client defined guidelines and project management standards. This includes: • Managing multiple scrum teams supporting project work as well as supporting operational and continuous improvement activities • Assimilation of agile practices into existing team norms and standards • Influencing work breakdown, collaboration, release and sprint planning for the betterment of the team and mission • Conduct and participate in requirements transition and interpretation, release/ iteration planning, design/solutions, creation of JIRA boards, power point presentations for demos and stakeholder updates, retrospectives, stand-up meetings, backlog refinement and grooming sessions. • Create and maintain documentation related to work performed on the project including, but not limited to: JIRA tasks, story and acceptance criteria definition, architecture diagrams, design artifacts and project wiki entries as requested by Client. • Track and utilize agile flow metrics used by Client.
