Support project documentation, analyze business processes, and assist with quality assurance activities. | Requires experience in business analysis, process mapping, stakeholder management, and familiarity with QA and regulatory standards. | Role - Business Analyst / QA Location 2750 Monroe Blvd, Audubon, PA 19403 HYBRID (As Needed/Occasional) Roles & Responsibilities - Business Analyst/Sr. Business Analyst with Quality Assurance Background The position is primarily focused on project documentation and business analysis support of various initiatives. This individual will interact with the business users, gather and document As-Is and To-Be processes and requirements, as well as to document application dependencies, and provide improvement recommendations. In addition to BA functions, the position will also contain some quality assurance duties related to processes and infrastructure changes. Specific responsibilities will include but, not be limited to, requirements elicitation, documenting requirements, creating process flow and written documentation. The role will include working with the team, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that the business analysis documentation is correct, complete and detailed. Customer Satisfaction • Develop a deep understanding of the business functions and processes • Document, review and update business process requirements based on client s feedback • Ensure appropriate levels of controls are applied to work efforts, including security requirements, effective business solutions • Serve as a business liaison between client and project teams • Establish, monitor and maintain high client satisfaction levels • Document and track problems in client business systems or processes to provide recommendations for future efficiencies • Ensure processes are functioning as intended through evidence reviews and in alignment with regulatory requirements • Act as an independent reviewer for infrastructure changes. Responsibilities • Analyze, review, and document current structure and use cases of the application or process; Analyze and document current application dependencies • Serve as a business liaison between clients and project teams to help understand user interaction • Assist business clients in developing requirements for future use cases • Assist team in getting the current deliverable in a timely manner; Jump in and assist where needed to accomplish tasks • Track required tasks through completion • Ability to develop/update existing materials and support the team in understanding of requirements or training materials as needed • Develop process flows as needed • Strong communication skills in working with a team and providing in time updates to project manager. • Determine and document functional requirements related to audit preparation • Participate in change and evidence reviews. This includes: • Managing multiple scrum teams supporting project work as well as supporting operational and continuous improvement activities • Assimilation of agile practices into existing team norms and standards • Influencing work breakdown, collaboration, release and sprint planning for the betterment of the team and mission • Conduct and participate in requirements transition and interpretation, release/ iteration planning, design/solutions, creation of JIRA boards, power point presentations for demos and stakeholder updates, retrospectives, stand-up meetings, backlog refinement and grooming sessions. • Create and maintain documentation related to work performed on the project including, but not limited to: JIRA tasks, story and acceptance criteria definition, architecture diagrams, design artifacts and project wiki entries as requested by Client. • Track and utilize agile flow metrics used by Client.
