Candidates need to live in the area and be able to come into the office or visit client sites as required for training, meetings, events, and other in-person needs. Who You’ll Work With At Slalom, our Delivery capability is the engine that powers transformation. We are the connective tissue across all capabilities—bringing strategy to life through execution that is rigorous, adaptive, and outcome-driven. You’ll join a community of delivery professionals who thrive in complexity and are passionate about making things happen. Whether it’s a multi-workstream transformation or a product launch, we bring clarity, structure, and momentum to every engagement. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, tailoring delivery approaches to meet them where they are—whether Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid. Our focus is on enabling predictable, repeatable outcomes that help organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows. What You’ll Do • Lead and coordinate complex, multi-workstream technology programs, with a strong focus on network and infrastructure initiatives, from inception through delivery, ensuring integrated execution, effective resource coordination, and alignment with client goals. • Serve as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders, communicating clearly and effectively across executive, technical, and operational audiences to maintain alignment, transparency, and momentum throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Develop and manage integrated delivery plans, applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to define scope, budget, objectives, timelines, resourcing, financial tracking, and overall delivery approach. • Proactively identify, assess, and address risks, issues, and dependencies through thoughtful governance, concise status reporting, and data-driven decision making to ensure successful outcomes. • Facilitate regular delivery forums, including executive readouts, status updates, planning sessions, and retrospectives to promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams. • Partner closely with engagement leads, stakeholders, and technical and business consultants to shape network and infrastructure roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver outcomes that balance strategic intent with disciplined execution. • Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing delivery environment. • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the organization. What You’ll Bring • Strong background in technical project and program management across network and infrastructure initiatives, ideally within a consulting environment. • Demonstrated success leading or supporting large-scale, multi-region network and infrastructure transformation programs, including architectural shifts, distributed technology upgrades, vendor and service provider coordination, and management of complex dependencies, timelines, and service-level requirements. • Retail industry experience is preferred but not required. • Working knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches, with the ability to apply each pragmatically based on program needs. • Demonstrated ability to align client vision, business value, and execution strategy while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain delivery momentum. • Experience across all phases of the technology delivery lifecycle, including business case development, strategic planning, and execution. • Familiarity with AI concepts and experience supporting or leading AI-enabled solutions is preferred. • Strong client engagement and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and build trust across executive, technical, and operational stakeholders. • Commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and outcomes-focused team environment aligned with Slalom’s values.
