Provide executive and operational support to C-level executives and manage administrative and financial processes. | Over 5 years supporting executives with strong organizational, communication, and operational skills but lacking IT infrastructure and technical project management experience. | Slalom’s IT team is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join its Infrastructure Technology team. You will be responsible for project managing and delivering IT solutions to enable Slalom offices to be connected and ready for work. You will be involved from the beginning of office opening, expansion, relocation, and decommission projects to ensure that network connectivity, wiring closet, audiovisual systems, physical security, structured cabling, telephony/voice and other IT needs are designed and implemented on time and on budget. You are also expected to contribute to driving new innovative office IT solutions, advocating technology adoption, and establishing new standards to continuously improve Slalom’s office experience. The successful candidate will be a liaison between the IT infrastructure and Slalom facilities teams to provide and ensure IT needs are delivered on time according to established business standards and procedures. You will design functional specifications, develop project plans, and draft project schedules and milestones. You are hands-on; you have a desire to help in all areas of IT, in addition to having excellent analytic and project management skills, a love for troubleshooting, and a proven track record for successful delivery. This role reports to the Manager of Infrastructure Technology. So, what will I do? • Lead and project manage the deployment of IT solutions to new Slalom offices and office upgrades including drafting SOWs and RFPs, vendor selection and management, equipment procurement, risk mitigation, on-site build out, and closeout documentation. • Design internet circuit, structured cabling, audiovisual, access control, and telephony plans for Slalom offices in partnership with Slalom construction and furniture design teams. • Develop project plans and budgets to present to project stakeholders, attend project and construction progress calls, and ensure timely milestone/project delivery. • Lead numerous concurrent IT delivery projects, each spanning upwards of 12 months, with little need for oversight. • Assist in the management and administration of IT solutions after they have been deployed to Slalom offices including coordinating maintenance visits and ticket resolution. • Identify service gaps/cost saving opportunities and present business cases to leadership. And, what will I bring? • 5+ years of experience as an IT professional and/or technical project manager. • Experience in managing small to large scale commercial office or data center expansion/construction projects, including the ability to read construction drawings. • Solid understanding of enterprise audiovisual systems, design, and deployment. • General knowledge of typical office IT infrastructure including internet circuits, wiring closet, structured cabling, access control, and wireless access point placement. • Strong vendor and project management experience with ability to manage several projects with competing deliverables. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. • CTS, Microsoft Teams Administrator, Q-SYS, or other relevant certifications a plus. • Ability to travel to offices to validate project delivery (10%-20%). What You'll Do Job Title: Life Sciences CRM Architect - Global Technology You believe patients and HCPs deserve better. As a Salesforce subject matter expert and life sciences technologist, you take responsibility for exceptional client delivery, proposal development and solution design, supporting new business opportunities, and knowledge management. You work closely with the Product Owner and Technical Architect to understand requirements and enable the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet the requirements. Responsibilities: • Serve as the technical leader for Life Sciences CRM projects onsite at our enterprise client locations • Lead functional and business process teams • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the technological platforms (Salesforce or Veeva) and products • Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions.
