You would lead Angular development and design-system implementation, ensure accessibility compliance, mentor developers, improve CI/CD, and coordinate with Java backend teams. | The role calls for front-end technical leadership with Angular, SASS, HTML, WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 testing, team mentorship, documentation, and familiarity with government security requirements. | • Lead front-end development using Angular, SASS, and HTML for Staff MIUI screens within IWD. • Implement and maintain the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) and State Design System. • Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508, including hands-on testing using screen readers and automated tools. • Lead code reviews, mentor developers, establish coding standards, and improve front-end CI/CD pipelines. • Collaborate with Java backend teams, maintain technical documentation, and follow government security requirements.
