AIRFRAME & POWERPLANT MECHANIC- R66/R44 - HAWTHORNE, CA The A&P Mechanic at Skyryse will support all aircraft maintenance operations based out of our Hawthorne, CA facility. They will serve as the subject matter expert on our rotary-wing specifically the R66 and or R44, and experimental aircraft. The ideal candidate will support Skyryse by ensuring all maintenance follows FAA compliance guidelines and regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on rotorcraft and experimental aircraft. • Conduct detailed inspections and verifications of aircraft systems to confirm compliance with all safety, regulatory, and operational standards prior to flight. • Maintain documentation and proper record keeping of repairs, maintenance, inspections, reports, and other items related to aircraft maintenance. • Interpret and apply maintenance manuals, engineering specifications, and technical data to perform precise repairs and component replacements. • Collaborate with technicians, pilots, engineers, and other team members to carry out modification and repair. • Support fleet upgrades and new technology integration, contributing to the ongoing evolution of aircraft systems and safety enhancements. • Perform other duties as required in support of flight operations and organizational objectives.
