Preferred Qualifications: * Journeyman certification or equivalent recognized credential in a relevant trade. * Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts, skid steers, or backhoes. * OSHA 10 or 30-hour safety certification. * Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards and regulations. * First aid and CPR certification. The Facilities and Plant Operation Manager will oversee a group of customers, reviewing their energy consumption and implementing best practices. Responsibilities also include managing the operation and maintenance of the campus's Central Energy Plant (CEP) and mentoring the owner's staff on O&M and energy usage for multiple facilities as part of a broader campus initiative.
