Serve as the first point of contact, assist designers with administrative tasks, manage multi-line phone calls, data entry, filing, mail handling, and support various organizational projects. | Detail-oriented, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask and work independently or in a team, proficiency in Excel and Word, and a positive, flexible attitude. | We are looking for a cheerful and motivated member to join our wonderful team! Signature Builder Solutions is a provider of Interior finishes specializing in new construction. Candidate must be friendly, reliable, and detail oriented. Applicant must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and work well in a team environment. POSITION: Receptionist / Design Assistant LOCATION: Kent, WA DURATION & STATUS: Full-time START: As soon as possible SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8Hr WHAT WE OFFER: • Health and Dental Insurance • 401(k) • Kitchen stocked with food, soda, coffee, and tea • Onsite training • Paid time off • Holidays off • $20-$27 • Career progression opportunities DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Be the first point of contact in welcoming clients • Assist designers with administrative work. • Answering a multi-line phone • Data entry • Executive assistant to company officers • Filing/scanning/copying • Perform a wide variety of supporting tasks for co-workers in all areas of the organization • Manage incoming and outgoing mail • Miscellaneous projects as needed Qualifications: • Detail Oriented • Organizational Skills • Follow Through • Good Communication Skills • Works well with others & independently • Willing & able to follow directions • Multi-Tasker • Positive Attitude • Polite • Flexible & able to Adjust work flow • Able to Adapt to new procedures • Excel • Word This position offers the opportunity to work in a friendly and professional environment where your administrative skills will be valued and further developed.
