Location: Remote (occasional onsite travel to Tennessee for key project milestones) Start Date: March 2026 Duration: Approximately 18 months Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Implementation Analyst to support a full Epic implementation for a large healthcare organization. This consultant will serve as the primary/lead analyst for the Resolute PB module, responsible for the end-to-end design, build, testing, training, and activation of professional billing workflows across ambulatory, clinic, and provider-based service lines. The ideal candidate has successfully completed at least one full Epic implementation as a primary or lead PB analyst and brings strong expertise in charge capture, claims processing, reimbursement workflows, payer rules configuration, and integration with clinical documentation and scheduling systems. This role is fully remote, with limited anticipated travel to Tennessee for milestone events including workflow validation sessions, integrated testing, dress rehearsals, and go-live command center support. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary implementation analyst for Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) across the full project lifecycle. • Lead discovery and workflow design sessions with revenue cycle, clinic operations, coding, compliance, and IT stakeholders. • Translate payer contract requirements, charge capture workflows, and compliance rules into Epic PB configurations. • Build and configure: • Fee schedules, CPT and diagnosis mappings, and payer rule trees • Charge capture and charge routing workflows • Claim generation, claim edits, and submission workflows • Payment posting, adjustment logic, write-offs, and reconciliations • Workqueues for charge review, claims processing, follow-up, and denials management • Refund processing and credit balance workflows • Integrate Resolute PB workflows with: • Epic Ambulatory documentation and charge capture • Coding and charge review teams • Epic Cadence scheduling and registration workflows • Clearinghouse partners and external payer interfaces • Coordinate closely with HIM, Hospital Billing, and clinical application teams to ensure end-to-end revenue cycle functionality. • Develop and execute comprehensive unit testing, integrated testing, and UAT plans specific to Professional Billing workflows. • Assist with charge master data mapping and historical billing data conversion strategies. • Develop training materials and support end-user training sessions for billing operations teams. • Participate in go-live readiness activities including cutover planning, command center support, and post-go-live stabilization efforts. • Provide ongoing issue resolution, workflow stabilization, and optimization post-activation. • Maintain comprehensive documentation including workflow maps, build specifications, testing results, and training materials. RequirementsRequired Qualifications • Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification, active or previously certified. • Successful completion of at least one full Epic implementation as a primary or lead PB analyst. • 5+ years of Epic PB or physician billing analyst experience. • Deep understanding of professional billing operations, including: • Charge capture • Claims submission and clearinghouse workflows • Denial management processes • Payer contract rule configuration • ICD-10 / CPT coding interactions • Payment posting and reconciliation workflows • Experience collaborating with coding, compliance, clinic operations, and revenue integrity stakeholders. • Ability to work independently in a remote project environment. • Strong communication skills for running workflow design sessions, stakeholder presentations, and training events. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Epic Hospital Billing (HB) or integrated PB/HB revenue cycle implementations. • Familiarity with: • Value-based reimbursement models • Split billing workflows • Referrals and authorizations configuration • Managed care contracting workflows within Epic • Go-live command center leadership experience. • Experience across large health systems or multi-facility implementations. • Clarity reporting certification or billing analytics experience.

Security & Compliance • Implement and enforce endpoint security standards, encryption, and compliance policies. • Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities, ensuring alignment with firmwide security requirements. • Partner with global information security teams to address emerging risks and threats. Operational Excellence • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and user documentation. • Support procurement, asset management, and lifecycle management of Apple hardware. • Collaborate with regional IT support teams to deliver a seamless user experience across time zones. Strategic Initiatives • Evaluate and recommend new tools, workflows, and best practices for MAC fleet management. • Partner with IT leadership to standardize MAC environments globally. • Provide input into strategic IT projects and contribute to cross-platform initiatives. Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting macOS devices in an enterprise environment. • Deep knowledge of macOS administration, including file systems, networking, user profiles, and application management. • Expertise with EMM/MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, or equivalent). • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, identity management, and endpoint security. • Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, Python, or AppleScript). • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose hardware/software issues remotely and onsite. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide high-quality customer service to non-technical end users. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, etc.). • Certifications such as Jamf 200/300, ACSP (Apple Certified Support Professional), or equivalent. • Exposure to Windows/Linux environments and cross-platform IT support. • Experience with collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom) and productivity suites.
