Role Overview: As an Oracle Cloud Engineer at SHR Consulting Group, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing Oracle Cloud infrastructure to support our clients’ mission-critical applications. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work in a dynamic, security-focused environment. What You'll Do: - You will design, deploy, and maintain Oracle Cloud infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud services with existing systems. - You will monitor and optimize cloud performance, ensuring high availability and security. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud environments. - You will develop automation scripts to streamline cloud operations and deployments. - You will ensure compliance with security policies and government regulations. - You will participate in the planning and execution of cloud migration projects. - You will document system configurations, processes, and best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). - Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, and security principles. - Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar. - Active Secret Clearance or higher is required. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Oracle Cloud certifications (OCI Architect, Developer, or similar). - Background in defense or federal government projects. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
