Support sales with technical expertise, maintain demo environments, and design scalable solutions within the Adobe ecosystem. | 8+ years in marketing technology, Adobe platform expertise, experience with CRM integrations, and strong client-facing skills. | The Opportunity The Solution Architect is a senior-level team member who plays a critical role in supporting the sales and delivery functions and establishing trusted partnerships through deep technical expertise in the Adobe ecosystem. Acting as a solution engineer, this role ensures prospects and clients receive best-in-class guidance, architecture, and solutioning across Adobe and adjacent MarTech platforms. Core to this position is the ability to maintain and leverage demo environments, support co-selling opportunities, scope complex initiatives, and translate business challenges into scalable solutions. This position is a recognized leader and mentor across the Technology & Data Services division, fostering best practices, enabling colleagues, and elevating the firm’s Adobe partnership presence. Core Responsibilities Sales & Solution Engineering Support • Serve as a trusted pre-sales solution architect, supporting the SVP of Technology & Data Services, Partner Alliances Manager, and sales team members in new and existing business opportunities. • Maintain and configure demo environments and Adobe instances to showcase platform capabilities in co-selling situations with Adobe and other partners • Participate in RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and scoping sessions to ensure technical feasibility and solution accuracy. • Act as the technical translator during sales engagements, aligning Adobe solutions to client business outcomes. Solution Architecture & Technical Consulting • Function as a subject matter expert (SME) across the Adobe Experience Cloud, with hands-on experience in: • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) • Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) • Adobe Marketo Engage • Architect scalable, secure solutions aligned to client needs, budget, and long-term roadmap. • Provide direct technical consulting, producing architectural diagrams, technical recommendations, and integration strategies. • Support integration design with Salesforce, Dynamics, other CDPs, and broader MarTech ecosystems. Client Engagement & Delivery Partnership • Engage directly with client stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring proposed solutions align with both sales positioning and delivery execution. • Collaborate with Delivery Operations, PMs, and Product Owners to ensure scope and estimates are accurate and achievable. • Support smooth handoff from sales to delivery, ensuring requirements, risks, and dependencies are documented and communicated. Thought Leadership & Mentorship • Mentor peers and junior team members in Adobe platform capabilities, technical best practices, and solution design approaches. • Contribute to the creation of enablement assets, playbooks, and reusable solution templates. • Champion technical credibility with Adobe and other partners, strengthening joint go-to-market motions. Qualifications & Experience • 8+ years of marketing technology and solution architecture experience, preferably in consulting/agency environments. • Proven expertise across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (Marketo, AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA). • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) preferred but not required - we value real-world implementation experience • Extensive experience with sales support: demos, pre-sales engineering, solutioning, and RFP/RFI participation. • Strong background in integration architecture with CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics), CDPs, and adjacent platforms. • Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate technical concepts in business terms. • Track record of thought leadership, mentoring, and cross-team enablement without direct people management responsibilities. The salary range for these residents is $150,000 - $175,000.
