Manage Scrum ceremonies, team workload, and project progress across multiple projects. | Experience running Scrum ceremonies, managing teams and projects, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams. | Scrum Master Remote but will be supporting MST or CST Time Zones Employment Type: FTE No Corp to Corp Top 5 Technical Skills: • Scrum Master • Effectively run all Sprint ceremonies, ensure the team has work, communicate up when they don’t • Managing the team to make sure they are working on the right things, and progress is being made • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time • Tools: Jira, confluence, SharePoint, MS Team Top 3 Soft Skills: • Ability to own the project and management of the teams • Strong organizational skills • Ensure ceremonies are followed and valuable Benefits: SES hires W2 benefitted and non-benefitted consultants.
