Position Overview Servant is on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Technical Sales Development Rep to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in accelerating our technology sales initiatives by bridging the gap between product and sales. You will leverage your technical expertise and understanding of our product ecosystem to engage potential clients, demonstrate solutions, and close deals that drive impactful digital transformations within faith-based organizations. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a technical consultant and advocate for our solutions, providing sophisticated insights to clients and prospects about our technology offerings • Assist in crafting compelling sales pitches and presentations, and proposals that clearly communicate the value of our services and solutions • Engage with prospects and clients to articulate how our solutions can meet their specific needs • Collaborate with the Growth team to develop strategies that effectively leverage technology to drive sales growth • Research and understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product enhancements and go-to-market strategies • Work closely with product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, feature prioritization, and promotional strategies • Maintain a strong understanding of technology trends and innovations relevant to our target market Requirements • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, technology consulting, or solution delivery, ideally with faith-based or mission-driven organizations • Demonstrated expertise in our core service areas such as Strategic Consulting, Organizational Growth, Product & Platform Development, AI Strategy, and Talent Fulfillment, helping clients amplify their mission through digital transformation • Deep understanding of Servant's purpose-driven approach of elevating Kingdom work through beautiful, mission-aligned digital solutions that increase engagement, streamline operations, and drive organizational growth • Strong technical foundation in software engineering, IT architecture, or related disciplines, enabling you to translate technical pain points into strategic, impactful solutions, especially AI enablement, automation workflows, and scalable platforms • Proven success in driving technical sales growth or implementing transformative solutions in SMB and mid-market environments, particularly within the faith ecosystem • Exceptional communication abilities, able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, aligning with Servant's value of bridging the gap between tech and mission • Experience collaborating across multifunctional teams including strategy, product design, product management, engineering, to deliver cohesive, mission-centric digital experiences • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Suite, Slack, and any other SaaS tools common to digital consulting workflows • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while maintaining a servant-hearted mindset, owning your role with humility and deep care for mission and impact Preferred Skills: • Experience in sectors related to faith-based organizations, nonprofits, or community service • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach to sales • Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to take the initiative in driving technology sales. • Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and digital tools that aid business transformation Benefits Contract Structure & Compensation: • Contract role (1099) • Monthly stipend provided • Uncapped commission opportunities
