What You’ll Do: Monthly Reporting. Drive monthly store planning and productivity reporting by answering complex business questions and enhancing executive-level reports. Store Planning Initiatives. Support store planning and merchandise operations initiatives, including advising on rollout plans for new brands, creating store segments, and optimizing product placement in stores. Software Deployment. Support the evaluation and deployment of new space planning software to improve space optimization and ensure seamless integration with our core data systems. Business Performance. Support monthly merchandising and weekly operational performance reviews to track key metrics and strategic goals. What You’ll Bring: Analytics Experience. 5+ years of professional experience in analytics or data science, generating actionable insights through data mining and analysis of large-scale, complex datasets. Technical Expertise. Fluency in the core analytics toolkit, including intermediate experience with data mining and writing queries, advanced Excel skills (building models and advanced calculations), and intermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint and data visualization skills.
