Role: As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at SentiLink, you’ll be responsible for providing our customers with the highest level of service and business insight. Your role will include onboarding new clients and setting up business objectives with each customer. This is a remote, US-based role. Responsibilities: Own the relationships for Enterprise accounts across our bank, credit union, and fintech customers Develop an extremely in-depth understanding of the fraud domain and SentiLink’s products Handle onboarding activities: dashboard training, account setup, setting initial SentiLink usage recommendations, etc. Meet with customers on a regular basis after onboarding (sharing performance data, product updates, exploring new products, handling renewals) Take a consultative approach - be able to understand what fraud situations partners are dealing with, and come up with potential solutions (even if it doesn’t include SentiLink’s own products!) About the Opportunity: This role is responsible for defining and leading product strategy for a core area of our product . You will identify high-impact problems, structure ambiguous opportunities, and translate strategic insight into shipped products that drive measurable customer and revenue outcomes. You will own a set of API-driven products and work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams. This role requires strong customer empathy, analytical thinking, and the ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution. You will play a key role in shaping SentiLink’s product vision, driving both new product development and the continued growth of existing products, while championing a data-driven and customer-centric approach. This is a remote, US-based role. Responsibilities: Lead the development and growth of a set of fraud detection API products, driving their success from discovery to delivery. Conduct customer discovery calls to deeply understand customer challenges and needs. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignment across product strategy, development, and go-to-market execution. Work hands-on with data to identify patterns and trends, leveraging insights to inform product decisions and demonstrate value to customers. Leverage data analysis and data science concepts to inform product decisions and demonstrate product value to customers. Translate customer insights into clear requirements, delivering high-quality PRDs that guide cross-functional teams. Monitor product performance post-launch and use insights to continuously improve and iterate. Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to ensure our products remain ahead of the curve. Requirements: 4-7 years of experience working in strategy and/or product, ideally in B2B SaaS or API products. Experience with API products, including working knowledge of high-level API design principles. Comfortable with data science concepts and able to perform data analysis to support product decisions. Proven track record of conducting customer-facing discovery efforts to define product requirements. About the Opportunity: As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the development of standards, processes, tooling, and systems that serve as the foundation of the SentiLink platform. We’re looking for someone driven towards improving the reliability and efficiency of our systems, services, and engineering teams. You will work closely with the Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to understand their needs and pain points, and to build systems and tools to improve their velocity, reliability, efficiency, and visibility. The optimal candidate will have a bias towards secure solutions that follow engineering best practice. Technologies: Python, Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, etc.), Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CICD, observability tooling (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, SumoLogic), OpenSearch, and Linux This is a remote, US-based role. Responsibilities: Construct infrastructure as code.
