Clinical Application Specialist

The Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for providing training and education to new and existing users of Sentec products, collaborating with the sales team to deliver comprehensive training. The role also involves assessing needs and ensuring hands-on training on products to drive optimal use in clinical settings. | Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and a current RRT license. Prior experience in training healthcare professionals and in the Medical Device Industry is preferred, along with in-depth knowledge of Sentec products. | Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) is a clinical education role focused on internal and external clinical and educational support. This role also supports broader company revenue growth goals via customer support and education. The CAS position will be responsible for providing training and education to new and existing Sentec users and will work closely with the field sales and marketing organization to support new hire and ongoing sales training and development. Expectations of the role include on-site and virtual education, training and CE and non-CE Presentations, and in-person state and potential national society presentations. Key Tasks Acts as the subject matter expert for the use of our products in our key market segments to support company revenue growth goals. Collaborates with the local sales team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education i.e., curriculum, process/tools and programs. Develops a common understanding of the technology across care providers and articulates the clinical & economic value proposition. Participates in product evaluations and installations. Assesses needs and ensures comprehensive education and hands-on training on our products, including maintenance and troubleshooting that addresses all members of the clinical team. Provides education and training necessary to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts. This is a remote position (home-based in either Orlando or Tampa, FL) with the ability to travel overnight (60%+) and work flexible hours. Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience. Current RRT license is required. Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred. Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferred. Existing In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred. Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials. The Territory Manager is responsible for managing Sentec’s respiratory care products within the assigned territory. This includes selling products, building customer relationships, and managing the sales process. | Candidates must have a degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience selling medical devices to hospitals. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to develop sales forecasts. | The Territory Manager, based in Denver, Colorado, is responsible for the overall management of Sentec’s respiratory care products within the assigned territory. Key Tasks: Sell capital and disposable products. Build and manage a sales pipeline through qualified leads, referrals, and various outreach methods, and develop strong customer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including sales proposals, RFPs, and presentations, while maintaining accurate CRM records. Provide in-service education, training, technical support, and timely feedback on market conditions, while adhering to budget guidelines and supporting industry trade shows. Remote position requiring residence in the Denver area with overnight travel estimated at 20-50%.
