SKILLS and EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within agriculture or manufacturing industry. • Proficiency with the internal controls and processes used in ERP Solutions like NetSuite. • Expertise in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions. • proficiency and working knowledge of GAAP and internal control and risk frameworks (COSO, COSO ERM). • Develop and enforce finance and supply chain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. • Experience to establish and implement a Governance Framework. • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
