What You’ll Bring to the Table 8+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with a strong focus on technical hiring in SaaS, cybersecurity, or another high-growth tech environment. Experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Security Engineers, Solution Architects, or similar technical profiles. Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and candidate experience. Strong sourcing skills, including hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean searches, and social platforms. Strong AI skills with a willingness to continue to learn and evolve our processes as the team grows and scales Comfortable working collaboratively within a team while owning individual requisitions. Dallas AREA REQUIRED- Hybrid Role What we are looking for: We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Engineering Team What you will be doing: Design, implement, test, and deliver end-to-end features for our SaaS product that protects Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications. Drive improvements in architecture, innovation, and adoption of quality and security best practices. What you will bring to the table: 5+ years of professional experience with .NET Core, delivering production-ready code at scale. Strong expertise in multi-threading and asynchronous programming (C#). Proven experience building and maintaining multi-tenant SaaS applications on Azure. Hands-on experience with containerized applications running in Kubernetes clusters. Background in enterprise applications and distributed systems development. Experience writing well-structured and comprehensive automated test suites. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points: Experience with additional languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript. Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Security, and authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth, SAML, NTLM, Kerberos).
