This role is critical to ensuring efficient business processes, accurate reporting, and effective data management related to contracted client engagements. This role will be heavily based in the firm’s ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (HubSpot), including reporting support, hours and revenue input and maintenance, data transfer, and data management. As the Senior Operations Analys, you will also ensure the integrity of business data that is critical to the firm’s internal and external data analysis and reporting. This role will require superior critical thinking and analytical skills as well as exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Weekly and monthly NetSuite hours reporting support. Generates, reviews, and distributes reports, validates data and ensures data accuracy. Cyclical (monthly or quarterly) hours and revenue review with project teams. Gathers data, validates with project teams, conducts meetings to forecast future hours and revenue, and flags issues. Owns the data transfer to NetSuite or finance spreadsheets. NetSuite/CRM data entry. Assists with the validation and input of data into NetSuite for project and client records. Coordination with internal departments to manage data and processes. This includes interacting with cross-functional client servicing and corporate teams. CRM Support. Supports the launch, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of an enhanced CRM. Other projects and duties as assigned. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required. MBA preferred. 5+ years professional work experience in operations planning, modeling, analysis, and metrics for professional services. Outstanding analytical skills, mathematical skills, quantitative modeling skills and business analytics understanding/skills. Experience in healthcare industry preferred. High-level proficiency with analytical systems/tools e.g., Excel and other Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Desired proficiency with data visualization tools, preferably PowerBI. Proficiency in ERP and CRM tools. Other Requirements Ability to act independently, with limited oversight, on tasks and deliverables as needed. About the Role Sellers Dorsey is seeking a Director, Platform Management who will be responsible for leading the implementation, adoption, and ongoing success of Sellers Dorsey’s technology platform, ensuring clients realize measurable value and expanded use of services. This includes guiding newly signed clients through technical integrations, onboarding, and trainings, with a focus on how the platform fits into clinical workflows, population health management, and quality improvement programs. The role bridges product development, delivery, client success, and relationship expansion with a strong grounding in value-based care programs, payer incentives, and healthcare policy to drive both operational and strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Client Implementation & Onboarding (Delivery): Lead project management for client implementations, validation, and stand-up trainings. Walk clients through technical integrations, data flows, and workflow design, ensuring the platform is embedded effectively within clinical, population health, and quality department operations; ensure time-to-value and launch predictability. • Client Success & Platform Adoption: Monitor utilization, provide ongoing help/training, develop success playbooks aligned to payer programs, and ensure sustained adoption. • Value Realization & QBRs: Establish ROI frameworks, conduct quarterly business/value reviews, and work with Marketing & Growth teams to showcase measurable client outcomes. • Voice of Customer & Team Leadership: Translate client feedback to Product/Analytics; lead team development, coaching, and operational excellence. • Relationship Expansion & Commercial Alignment: Identify new client needs, coordinate with Growth/Sales for solution expansion, and align with cross-functional teams. • Other duties as assigned. Key Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field required. Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related) preferred. • At least seven (7) years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, provider operations, or client success/delivery, with direct exposure to value-based care and payer programs. • Background in implementing and managing Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage programs, along with commercial incentive or payfor-performance contracts. • Policy knowledge or applied experience in government-sponsored healthcare programs. • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, claims and risk adjustment data, and analytics dashboards. • Proficiency with project management and BI tools (Power BI, Excel, Jira, etc.). • Strong financial and operational acumen in risk-bearing/value-based models. • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or CSM preferred. • Training in healthcare analytics/BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable. Compensation & Benefits The anticipated salary range for candidates is $140,300/year in our lowest geographic market range to up to $180,000/year in our highest geographic market range. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, the candidate’s education, and the candidate’s market location. Typically, candidates are not hired near the top of the range and compensation decisions are made based upon Sellers Dorsey’s Total Compensation Policies & Guidelines. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in our annual Corporate Incentive Plan (CIP) that can range to up to 15% of annual salary. About the Role Sellers Dorsey is seeking an Assistant Director, Consulting responsible for client engagements focused on Medicaid financing within the Northeast Practice. The Assistant Director provides direct client consulting and leadership services and is responsible for client relationships at a senior level. This role supports the Managing Director and Senior Director in providing healthcare consulting services and leveraging policy and/or industry expertise in Medicaid policy and finance, as well as managed care within Ohio. The role is responsible for policy guidance, project management, client deliverables and satisfaction, and identification of new and expanded business activities. The Associate Director may manage direct reports and advise the Managing Director and Senior Director in areas such as staff training/development and utilization, as well as portions of the Practice's daily operations. This is a full-time remote position based in the US Northeast region. Key Responsibilities • Active engagement as a thought leader through activities that contribute to Sellers Dorsey culture and success. • Perform assigned and agreed upon project tasks maintaining client satisfaction through proactive project management; takes ownership of work and produces "client-ready" deliverables with minimal supervision. • Manage an Asana portfolio of client engagements contained with the Northeast consulting portfolio, assuring all contractual targets and deliverables are met; manage multiple engagements simultaneously; work closely with the Senior Director and project team; communicate project progress to internal stakeholders. • Develop strategic approach for practice and projects to manage project plan; drive timelines; anticipate, escalate and propose strategies to address complex challenges and mitigate risk. • Actively contribute to cross-functional internal corporate teams engaged in driving corporate strategy development, practice-specific goals, process improvement and employee engagement. Key Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and 10 or more combined years in a public healthcare policy management role and/or in the healthcare consulting industry. Advanced degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, business, economics or MBA or additional relevant experience in lieu of such advanced degree preferred. • 10 or more years of progressively responsible work experience in health or human services policy research, consulting and/or in a healthcare service delivery environment and/or with a Medicaid managed care organization, or 5+ years of post-graduate, progressively responsible work experience in consulting or operational experience in health care and/or health policy research/analysis is required. • Expertise with Medicaid preferred. Advanced experience at the federal, state or private health insurance plan industry sector strongly desired. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
