They are actively growing their portfolio and seeking a candidate who can help them grow inorganically. As Corporate Development Manager, you will play a key role in the full acquistion process (identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives) including M&A, investments, joint ventures, and other growth opportunities. You'll work closely with senior leadership to drive inorganic growth and support long-term strategic planning, running the process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential targets. • Support long-term strategic planning and portfolio optimization. • M&A Execution • Lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential acquisitions and investments. • Prepare investment memos and presentations for executive leadership and board review. • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operational teams during deal execution. • Partnerships & Investments • Evaluate strategic partnerships, minority investments, and joint ventures. • Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, bankers, and industry stakeholders. • Post-Merger Integration • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful integration of acquired companies. • Track performance and strategic alignment of portfolio companies. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. • 4-7 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting. • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. • Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including programmatic, DSPs, SSPs, data platforms, and media buying.
