The firm invests in middle-market companies and has over a billion in committed capital. The firm is industry agnostic, so this opportunity provides great exposure to many industries including business services, consumer, industrial and manufacturing. As a Private Credit Senior Associate, you would have the opportunity to join a lean deal team and get extensive hands-on transaction exposure. The Private Credit Senior Associate will be responsible for: • Execution of broader market and industry research • Financial modeling, valuation analysis, and returns analysis for various investment targets • Take point on due diligence processes • Monitor existing investment portfolio • Assisting the team with operating/portfolio company work The Private Credit Senior Associate should have the following qualifications: • 4-7 years of relevant experience, including Investment Banking (M&A) and/or Private Credit or Private Equity investing • Bachelor's Degree • Superior financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills (there will be a modeling test) • Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional work ethic • Prior experience or interest in sectors such as business services, industrials, manufacturing and/or consumer

As Corporate Development Manager, you will play a key role in the full acquistion process (identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives) including M&A, investments, joint ventures, and other growth opportunities. You'll work closely with senior leadership to drive inorganic growth and support long-term strategic planning, running the process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential targets. • Support long-term strategic planning and portfolio optimization. • M&A Execution • Lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential acquisitions and investments. • Prepare investment memos and presentations for executive leadership and board review. • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operational teams during deal execution. • Partnerships & Investments • Evaluate strategic partnerships, minority investments, and joint ventures. • Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, bankers, and industry stakeholders. • Post-Merger Integration • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful integration of acquired companies. • Track performance and strategic alignment of portfolio companies. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. • 4-7 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting. • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. • Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including programmatic, DSPs, SSPs, data platforms, and media buying.
