About the role - you will: Seagate is looking for an experienced digital campaign manager that brings content to life across the customer journey. The Sr. Staff Program Manager of Digital Campaigns will Design, execute, and optimize cross-channel digital demand and brand campaigns (search, paid social, display, programmatic, email, and media partnerships) that drive qualified pipeline for B2B and conversion/retention for B2C. Key Responsibilities: • Develop data-backed digital campaign programming based on Seagate and industry-level benchmarks. • Create quarterly and annual end-to-end media plans including search, paid social, display, programmatic, email, and media partnerships. • Work with analytics team to refine audience segmentation and align tracking and attribution models. • Manage internal and agency resources to execute paid social media campaigns. • Deliver measurable lift in KPIs (CPL, CPA, MQLs, ROAS) through iterative optimization and data-driven experimentation. • Work in tandem with marketing campaigns lead and product marketing managers to connect user journeys from top-of-funnel through to bottom-of-funnel. • Communicate strategies and plans to internal and external stakeholders. About you: • Extensive experience in leading data-driven digital campaigns. • Developing and delivering against end-to-end media plans that include benchmarks and KPIs. • Feeding into digital content, social media, and integrated marketing plans. • Previous experience with responsibility for digital campaigns at a B2B and B2C technology company. Your experience includes: • Experience running concurrent paid and organic nurture campaigns while simultaneously planning.
