Position Summary Scout is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatcher to oversee and coordinate nationwide delivery operations using DispatchTrack. This role ensures seamless logistics by routing deliveries, maintaining communication with drivers and clients, and optimizing delivery schedules to meet Scout’s high standards of service. Key Responsibilities Route and schedule furniture deliveries to clients across the U.S. using NetSuite and DispatchTrack. Serve as the main point of contact for delivery drivers—supporting real-time updates, changes, or issues during transit. Communicate proactively with clients regarding ETAs, delivery windows, and changes. Monitor live delivery progress and troubleshoot delays or routing issues. Coordinate with Scout’s warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure product readiness and delivery accuracy. Analyze delivery data and optimize routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with delivery procedures and customer service standards. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, exceptions, and resolutions. Contribute to continuous improvements in Scout’s delivery systems and client experience. Requirements Qualifications Proven experience as a dispatcher, logistics coordinator, or delivery scheduler (furniture or large-item logistics preferred). Hyper detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement. Proficiency in DispatchTrack or similar delivery routing software (preferred). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, especially in customer-facing situations. Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience coordinating deliveries across multiple time zones a plus. Scout Design Studio is seeking a Warehouse Associate and Furniture Mover to primarily assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties, with occasional responsibilities transporting merchandise between the warehouse and showroom. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, personable, adaptable, pay attention to detail, have a high work ethic and be a leader. Essential Functions Statement(s): • Loading and unloading delivery trucks, verifying quantities and conditions against packing slips and purchase orders for home decor items and furniture. • Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to the appropriate person. • Scan and record received items into the inventory management system, then sort and store products in designated warehouses. • Picking customer orders and moving to delivery staging areas. • Process UPS shipments by generating shipping labels and affixing them to packages. • Collaborate with other warehouse team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets. • Maintain accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts and stock checks. • Report inventory discrepancies in inventory levels. • Maintaining cleanliness of storage areas in the warehouse by sweeping, cleaning up trash, and keeping inventory organized. • Transporting merchandise to and from the showroom and helping to maintain presentation by arranging furniture and art pieces. • Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures including wearing required personal protective equipment. • Other general warehouse duties and any tasks as assigned by management. • Perform special projects as needed and/or assigned by Management. • Occasionally transport furniture and décor items between the showroom and warehouse. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (driving required occasionally, not daily). Requirements:Qualifications & Requirements • Must have a valid driver’s license (for occasional transportation of items). • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, lifting, and reaching overhead. • Must be 18 years or older, due to job related requirements. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Preferred: 2 - 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment, especially in shipping, receiving, and inventory management. • Leadership qualities and high work ethic. • Strong attention to detail, adaptable to shifting priorities throughout the day, and ability to work independently under pressure. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems. • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (dollies, ladders, carts, etc.). • Must pass a background check, driving history review, and drug test.
