What You Will Do The Designer will work on Looney Tunes, primarily responsible for Character Design. The position will work closely with Design, LiveOps, Product and the Art team to create new characters every month. This will involve character conception, from art direction to abilities given, as well as balancing and play testing each character. This position will use quantitative and qualitative feedback to improve content and increase performance and game revenue. Responsibilities: • Work with the Content Design team to map out character release(s) each month • Design new character kits that will fit with our evolving meta, understanding what players want and how to create revenue opportunities for LiveOps • Work with the art team on delivering concepts, polish and final art for Looney Tunes Characters • Partner with Roadmap on future updates and how it will impact the meta/combat/character(s) • Test each character and ensure they are performing as expected, and provide sign off • Review and analyze the results of your content to improve subsequent content and events • Become the Looney Tunes Meta expert, leveraging your own experience and community feedback What We’re Looking For • Bachelor's degree or prior experience in a game studio (such as QA, Design, Growth or LiveOps) • The ability to produce high-quality content under strict deadlines • Be able to work autonomously • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and content management software • Ability to work on a team • Passion for video games • Knowledge of gaming trends At Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that! What You'll Do As a Principal Product Manager, Publishing & Live ops, you will be a critical role to the game's success in the west. Your core focus will be defining and driving publishing strategy, ensuring our game meets internal and market expectations in the major western regions. • Benchmarking & Market Insights: Continuously track market trends, target audience behavior, and competitor benchmarks in the major western regions. Translate findings into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. • Publishing: Plan and drive game's roadmap from dev to launch at a Product stand point. • Live ops: Leverage Scopely's strengths in LiveOps by developing and adapting scalable systems tailored to the game. Establish robust pre-launch plans to support a strong and sustainable live phase. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Communicate and align all the work effectively across disciplines.
