As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our administrative functions. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the management team and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments. • Assist with the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations. • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals. • Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee files, inventory lists, and financial documents. • Assist with inventory management and procurement activities, including ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels. • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members as needed. • Assist with special projects and initiatives, including event planning, marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Quickbooks) and other relevant software applications. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and vendors. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
