ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Sr. Associate, AI Engineer to build AI-powered applications, workflows and prototypes and shape the future of work at SCJ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical hands-on work with AI models, coding assistants, agentic workflows, and new developer tools. You'll work alongside experienced AI engineers to prototype new ideas, build AI-powered applications, and bring innovative capabilities into production for use across the enterprise. Whether you've built AI projects through work, coursework, internships, hackathons, open-source contributions, or personal side projects, we want to hear from you. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build AI-powered applications, workflows, and prototypes. Develop prompts, AI agents, skills, and automation solutions to solve business problems. Evaluate new AI models, frameworks, and developer tools. Write clean, maintainable code using modern software engineering practices. Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders. Contribute reusable components and help improve our AI engineering practices. Continuously learn and share knowledge about emerging AI technologies. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 2+ years of software engineering or AI-related experience. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment. PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS Building AI prototypes, pilots, AI hackathon projects. Strong programming skills in Python or a similar programming language. Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, APIs, and version control. Experience with prompt engineering and working with Large Language Models (LLMs). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Understanding of LLM concepts such as prompting, retrieval, tool calling, and agentic workflows. Experience with Git and collaborative software development. Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) or modern AI frameworks is a plus. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Senior Analyst, Supply Planning, you will partner with established suppliers and integrated vendors who are subcontracted to repackage existing SC Johnson finished goods. You will build and strengthen collaborative relationships with these external manufacturing partners while communicating SC Johnson's expectations for safety, quality, and operational efficiency to ensure products are delivered on time and in full. You will be accountable for delivering balanced, world-class results across case fill, inventory, and process performance metrics. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to supply planning process excellence, continuous improvement, and Lean principles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manages an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned External Manufacturers within respective region Drives results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policies Optimize inventory and case-fill performance across the end-to-end supply chain. Drive decisions and trade-offs that optimize the supply plan, and communicate those decisions to stakeholders Develop constrained and feasible production, distribution, and material requirements plans over the aligned time horizon, via SAP & best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to balance production, inventory, and capacity Master data ownership & compliance Escalate supply/inventory risk to the Supply Interface Manager & identify options to drive resolution Measure, analyze & communicate key process metrics Monthly inputs/capacity planning in support of Step 3 process Monthly root cause analysis of KPI’s for their category/cluster – and identify/drive corrective actions REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of supply-chain experience, including internships, or an advanced degree and at least one year of supply-chain experience. You will own and lead Demand Review in monthly S&OP and drive continuous improvements in both S&OP and S&OE processes end to end.
