Position Overview We are looking for a NY-based true digital native who “lives” on social media and is always up-to-date on trends and formats. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, exceptional editorial instincts, sound judgment, and the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously. This role will work directly with the Social team to manage and publish content across current and emerging social platforms. They will assist with content strategy, campaign management, day-to-day operations, reporting, ideation, and scripting. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company! We expect this individual to test and learn new skills as Saylor and the social landscape changes. Location and Salary This is a full-time role with a salary range of $55k-$75k, depending on experience. This will be a remote role to begin until we open up our New York office sometime in 2026. Then it will become a hybrid role of 2-3 days per week in our office. Responsibilities: • Supports the Social teams by helping to execute strategies across multiple platforms and projects • Fosters community and engagement across platforms by executing on strategy, capturing tone-of-voice and utilizing engagement driving tactics • Collaborates with Associate Director of Social, Sr. Social Media Manager and other Social Media Coordinators to ensure all efforts are aligned with brand strategy • Posts across all channels accurately and on time, including weekend publishing • Contributes to reporting needs: tagging posts, pulling data, helping write reports, etc. • As needed, provides live social coverage at events, shoots, etc. • Assists with building out content calendars for brands and campaigns • Participates in brainstorms and contributes creative ideas for client pitches • Assists with scripting social assets, pulling timecodes and sourcing images • Stays on the pulse of social trends and platform features, using those insights to inform ideation and strategy Minimum Requirements: • 1-2 years experience working on social campaigns and community management with a major brand • Experience in, and passion for creative marketing • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability • A love and talent for smart/witty copy • Flexibility to work some weekend hours • Knowledge of social media best practices and current trends • Demonstrated analytical skills • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with publishing and social tools like Sprout Social and Sprinklr Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, 401k, generous vacation, and great opportunities for growth within the company. -- Saylor is an equal opportunity employer. Position Overview Saylor seeks an innovative, sharp Creative Director, Content with experience in content strategy, social media creative, stunt and content ideation, digital content producing, and overall creative development for global brands to join the Creative team. The ideal candidate will be relentlessly creative in all things social media and digital audience experience. They are collaborative, strategic, and obsessed with creating the most competitive social media and marketing concepts. This role will manage an Associate Creative Director and Creative Producers in shaping our creative efforts on pitches, accounts, and digital marketing campaigns for brand and entertainment clients. This person will be responsible for leading group brainstorms, ideating content and stunts, developing production, social, and stunt concepts, overseeing creative projects and team members, and meeting with clients. The Creative Director will be the strong visionary on the agency’s creative perspective on what concepts we’re pitching. They will be the lead on concept initiatives, with collaboration with the Design and AV Editorial teams to maintain alignment and consistency throughout the production process. Externally, you'll be client facing and will help ensure their vision is executed. Internally, you'll collaborate across all teams at Saylor — partnering with Strategy, Accounts, and Social to elevate individual assets and entire campaigns. Throughout, you'll ensure all creative aligns with strategy and brand voice through copy, design, and execution. About You A seemingly bottomless pit of fresh ideas and strong creative opinions, you have a deep well of references and experiences to pull from and you always have your thumb on the pulse of what’s clicking with audiences on social media. You’re not afraid to share your ideas in a room — whether it’s with internal teams or clients — and you enthusiastically build up your teammate’s ideas through collaboration, making sure everyone is on the same page strategically. Flexibility and a positive attitude come naturally to you, and you create open and symbiotic environments conducive to generating stellar ideas. Overall Responsibilities: • Heavy ideation for everything from lo-fi reactive content to high lift social stunts and everything in between. • Taking creative guidelines from and ensuring all creative is executed accordingly. • Attend client meetings and present creative ideas, frequently serving as a creative liaison between Saylor and our clients. • Partner with Social, Strategy, Design, and Editorial teams on bringing high-quality creative to life through scripting and production kick off meetings as needed. • Provide strategic insight on content executions and relevant internet language to ensure the project is backed up by sound creative tactics. • Support and develop pitch decks in collaboration with the Associate Creative Director and Creative Producers, as well as other departments as needed. • Pitch creative concepts of varying styles and formats to clients. • Work with Saylor’s Account and Strategy teams to help maintain and execute the creative direction for brands/campaigns. • Clearly delegate production, ideation and other creative tasks to coordinators as needed. • Review all creative assets before they are sent to clients or released, providing last-minute adjustments and quality control as needed. • Oversee Associate Creative Director and Creative Producers, giving guidance and support on their day-to-day tasks. Execution Responsibilities: • Work closely with the head of creative, and other departmental leads, to understand campaign goals and support the creative team to execute against these strategies. • Facilitate the Creative team and Creative Producers in the creation of content, concepts, pitch decks, mood boards, storyboards, scripts, and creative mockups that will serve as the creative foundation for across campaigns. • Foster strong communication with the Creative teams, offering steers, references, and one-on-one guidance to ensure that assets are being developed on schedule and within the project’s constraints. • Help refine creative standards to ensure all creative aspects are cohesive and aligned with the brand’s messaging and aesthetic. • Collaborate with the Strategy team to ensure that content is optimized for various platforms and engages the target audience effectively. • Continuously gather and curate references and research from various sources, using them to inspire creative solutions and innovative campaign ideas. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in an agency setting or in-house at a studio, with experience creating and leading marketing/branded content. • High-level understanding of 360 campaign creative within entertainment marketing; social-forward aesthetic and storytelling thinking is a must. • Incredible storytelling skills, with the ability to assist on pitches and sell the creative in the room to our clients. • A knack for juggling multiple brand perspectives for social posts, pitch decks, and creative content intensive projects. • An eye for strong ideas and executions with the ability to communicate its effectiveness. • Finger on the pulse of creative culture across platforms.
