As our digital frontline, the candidate will be responsible for amplifying Savantage's voice in the Federal IT, Technology, and Management space through strategic, high-volume content creation and community building. In this role, the candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that positions Savantage as a leader at the intersection of delivering cutting-edge technology and financial management. The candidate will work closely with Marketing leadership to translate complex technical concepts into engaging digital content that resonates with an audience of Federal government executives, financial management professionals, and decision-makers. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in social media, constantly monitoring trends and engagement metrics to optimize the approach. The candidate understands that success in this space requires both strategic thinking and consistent execution. The candidate is passionate about building communities through digital channels and has demonstrated the ability to grow and engage audiences through authentic, timely content. In addition, the candidate will create scripted videos, short-form documentaries, animated promos, web series, podcasts, and training and marketing videos and collateral (such as handouts and ads). The candidate must have a strong visual style with experience in video editing, graphics, and various video format standards that can be used to create professional corporate videos for internal and external use. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and will be mostly remote but will require occasional in-person presence in the DC metro area, as well as occasional domestic travel for conferences and industry events. Duties and Responsibilities: Social Media Management Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy and campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook and X to drive awareness of Savantage's brand, products, and executives, ultimately driving growth in audience engagement, lead generation, and revenue Create and publish high-quality content tailored to each platform, maintaining a consistent editorial calendar while also capitalizing on real-time opportunities Own the Savantage blog, creating content and coordinating with other thought leaders in the company to contribute unique pieces of content Adjust strategy on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure top-line performance goals are met. Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, insights, and broader marketing teams on reporting and optimization. Identify growth opportunities through testing, experimentation, and market research. Monitor trends, thought leadership and conversations in technology and financial management to identify opportunities for Savantage to contribute meaningfully to emerging discussions Transform complex technology, business and financial management concepts, data insights, and product information into compelling short-form social media content (posts, videos, graphics) Ability to host, organize, coordinate and orchestrate online live events to promote community engagement Build and cultivate engagement with key audiences across our platforms Track meaningful metrics to measure social media effectiveness and continuously optimize tactics Support executive social media presence by creating content for leadership and identifying topical opportunities to engage in conversation Monitor KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging social media trends to ensure Savantage's approach remains cutting-edge and evolves over time. Participate in conference planning and support activities, including exhibitor support Video Content and Marketing Collateral Creation and Management Video editing of concurrent projects. Edit and produce video content to support marketing and promotional initiatives Create detailed and animated motion graphics Design slides and full-screen graphics for promotional materials, including handouts and brochures Assist in planning, design, and execution of video and multimedia deliverables that engage, inform, and educate. Support basic video editing tasks such as ingesting and organizing footage, assembling selects, trimming footage, exporting files, and organizing project assets. Support research and creation of reports, presentations, and visualizations related to video production best practices. Prepare materials for internal and external presentations. Work closely with the amplification and research teams to gather information, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment. Help organize, label, and maintain video and multimedia assets within shared storage systems. Learn and follow established video production processes, brand guidelines, and quality standards Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities: The candidate must have: 2-5 years of experience managing social media channels for high-growth, entrepreneurial B2B or B2G technology companies Proven track record of growing engagement and audience size through consistent, strategic content creation Ability to execute both tactical and strategic, as well as analytical and creative work Demonstrated ability to create high-volume content while maintaining quality and strategic alignment Experience translating complex technical or industry-specific concepts into engaging digital content Experience with social media marketing tools, such as Hootsuite, Statusbrew or Buffer Impeccable copywriting skills Experience with enterprise social media management and analytics tools, and basic visual design skills for independently creating social media graphics Ability to work collaboratively across teams while also serving as the owner of the social media function Minimum of 2 years of experience with graphics programs (Photoshop, Illustrator). Responsibilities include identifying service providers, assessing risks, evaluating controls, testing control effectiveness, and implementing corrective actions. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Quality Assurance (QA) review of IT control documentation, test plans, and Key Supporting (KSD) packages prior to submission for audit or Statement of Assurance purposes. Support testing of IT General Controls (ITGCs), including: User Access Management (provisioning, de-provisioning, privileged access) Change Management Configuration Management System Interfaces and Data Transfers Assist in the development and execution of ITGCtest plans (Test of Design (ToE)/(Test of Effectiveness (ToE)) procedures, including walkthroughs, sampling and evidence validation., Validate completeness and accuracy of IT control populations and samples used for testing.
