Role Overview We’re looking for a driven and experienced Inside Sales Representative Team Lead to supervise and mentor a team of 2-3 Inside Sales Representatives. This role combines hands-on selling with strategic leadership, ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll report directly to the VP of Sales and play a key role in shaping our inside sales strategy. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coaching • Lead, train, motivate, and coach a team of 3–4 Inside Sales Representatives, while handing your own book of business • Grow the team in sales, team size, and professionalism • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to review performance and provide feedback • Develop training plans and onboarding processes for new hires • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Sales Strategy & Execution • Support reps in developing action plans to meet monthly and annual sales goals • Assist with complex negotiations, pricing strategies, and closing high-value deals • Monitor team pipelines and ensure consistent lead generation and follow-up • Attend trade shows and industry events to support team efforts and secure new accounts Reporting & Forecasting • Track team performance metrics and KPIs • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior leadership • Deliver accurate forecasting and business planning insights Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with finance, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of account strategies • Communicate team goals and progress across departments Qualifications • Proven experience in business-to-business inside sales, preferably in consumer products or retail • Prior experience managing or mentoring sales professionals preferred • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Bachelor's degree in business or related field • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Comfortable with outbound outreach and cold-calling • Travel up to 5% • US citizen or green card holder Why Join Us? • Be part of a growing company with exclusive rights to iconic LEGO® products • Lead a passionate and energetic sales team • Enjoy a competitive salary, commission structure, and full benefits • Work in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment Ready to lead the charge and build something amazing with us?
