The Data Engineer will design and implement scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and other cloud technologies. They will also develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes while ensuring data quality and security across all platforms. | Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in data engineering with hands-on experience in Snowflake and proficiency in SQL and scripting languages. Familiarity with cloud platforms and ETL tools is also required. | Description Location: 3 days onsite in Boston Long term contact to hire Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and other cloud-based data platform technologies. Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ingest data from various sources. Optimize Snowflake performance through clustering, partitioning, query tuning and materialized views. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms. Automate data workflows and implement monitoring and alerting systems. Maintain documentation for data architecture, processes, and best practices. Stay current with Snowflake features and industry trends to continuously improve data infrastructure. Requirements Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles. Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance tuning, and security. Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python). Experience with ETL tools (e.g., dbt, Apache Airflow, Talend). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Snowflake certification(s). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint delivery, partner with HR and business stakeholders on Workday Advanced Compensation initiatives, and collaborate with technical teams to implement enhancements. | Must have Scrum Master experience in HR technology, Workday Advanced Compensation certification and hands-on configuration experience, Agile team management skills, and strong communication abilities. | Description About the Role We’re looking for a certified Scrum Master with hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Compensation. This role is responsible for guiding Agile ceremonies, driving sprint delivery, and ensuring our Workday Compensation initiatives stay on track. You’ll serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and configurations aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews). • Coach and guide the team in Agile best practices. • Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ensure work is well-defined and prioritized. • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements related to Workday Advanced Compensation. • Ensure timely delivery of Workday configuration, testing, and deployment. • Remove impediments and support the team in resolving roadblocks. • Track metrics and provide transparency into sprint progress and outcomes. • Collaborate with Workday functional and technical teams to implement enhancements. Remote Position No 3rd Party Requirements Required Qualifications • Proven experience as a Scrum Master within HR technology programs. • Certification Workday Advanced Compensation (configuration, testing, and deployment). • Experience managing Agile teams with multiple stakeholders. • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Preferred Qualifications • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). • Experience with other Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting). • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other Agile project tools. • Prior experience in large-scale Workday implementations or upgrades. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
