This role focuses on extracting key product information and transforming it into a unified, user‑friendly dashboard to generate market insights and support data-driven analysis across current product portfolios. This individual will work to enhance and upgrade an existing foundational tool, experiment with new frameworks to determine optimal configurations and use cases, feeding results into the existing analytics tool to enrich insights. Responsibilities: Assist in building and maintaining low-code/no-code web applications, UI components, and interactive features using JavaScript. Support responsive design implementation across desktop and mobile experiences. Test, debug, and refine front-end features to improve performance and usability. Help identify UI/UX issues and contribute to iterative improvements. Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and contribute to code quality. Use Python scripting to support automation, data processing, or workflow tasks. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and deliver user‑focused solutions. Assist with documentation, accessibility enhancements, and front-end process improvements. Currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of JavaScript. Familiarity with responsive design principles. Foundational Python scripting skills for automation or tooling tasks. Interest in learning front-end frameworks and modern development tools. Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to ask questions. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to Git or other version control systems. Experience with a low code/no-code front-end framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.) Basic understanding of UI/UX design. Basic understanding of APIs and how front-end apps interact with back-end services. Exposure to Syndigo or equivalent product experience tools. You will also be instrumental in driving sales by assisting resellers in closing deals, providing them with the necessary technical and product expertise, marketing materials, and sales tools. Expanding our reach within the government sector will be a key focus, achieved through identifying, targeting, and acquiring new strategic partners. Key Responsibilities • New Customer Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire net-new customers and partners to grow revenue.
