We are currently expanding our services in Wound-Care Management by handling Medicare Part B billing for long term care facilities. The focus of this role will be to process and manage MedicarePartB billing for advanced wound care supplies (e.g., dressings, skin substitutes), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement. We are hiring for an experienced Medicare Part B Biller to join our team! This is a Full Time opportunity! Key Responsibilities: • Review physician/wound clinician documentation and orders • Assign correct HCPCS codes for wound care supplies • Submit Medicare PartB claims via EMR/EHR or clearinghouse • Track claims and denials, investigate root causes • Prepare and submit appeals, resubmit corrected claims • Follow stringent Medicare PartB billing rules: medically necessary vs. preventive • Verify PartB eligibility and supply coverage • Coordinate with clinical staff and partners (e.g., long-term care agencies) • Monitor claims aging and reimbursement metrics • Provide reports, participate in audits, ensure PartB case management from intake to resolution • Support fulfillment operations for timely supply delivery Qualifications: -High school diploma required, Associate’s degree (Healthcare Admin, Medical Billing) preferred -Certified Coder/Biller (CPC, CPB) strongly preferred -2+ years in MedicarePartB billing, preferably with wound care supplies/DME -Familiarity with HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 coding and modifiers -Strong knowledge of Medicare PartB regulations and documentation requirements -Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, billing platforms, and MS Excel -Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication and follow up skills Benefits: • Medical/Dental/Vision - Anthem/Met-Life • Life Insurance • Voluntary benefit options • 401 K • Sick Leave • Vacation Time • Holiday Pay • Verizon Wireless Discount • Corporate Discounts on Entertainment and Dining, etc • Discounted gym membership program • Hybrid/Remote schedule may be available Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Interviews are being scheduled, apply today!
