The company is helping to transform outdoor environments across communities by delivering turnkey solutions for educational, civic, and private organizations. In this role, the Account Executive will focus on developing new business opportunities across Riverside County (must live here to be considered). This is a highly consultative sale, with an average sales cycle of 3–6 months, targeting decision-makers across schools, cities, homebuilders, churches, and HOAs. Success requires both hunting new logos and nurturing relationships over time, as many clients return for additional projects or refer new business. To be considered, you must have at least one year of full-cycle B2B sales experience and a bachelor’s degree. Candidates must also be comfortable in a consultative sales process, balancing project management, relationship building, and proactive hunting. • Growth: 15% year-over-year growth in 2023; on pace to grow revenue 50%+ in 2024. • Clients: Working with major builders, large school districts, city municipalities, and private organizations across California and Arizona. We’re hiring a District Sales Manager to lead and grow a field Sales Team. In this role, you will lead and develop a 14-person field sales team for a rapidly expanding industrial distributor in the MRO space. With a $2B market opportunity and significant room for share capture, this is your chance to make a measurable impact. You’ll guide your team through transformation, influence strategy at a high level, and be backed by extensive support from Strategic Accounts, BDRs, and national programs. Compensation and Benefits: • Our salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 with a total target compensation range of $118,750 - $131,250).
