The Digital Client Success and Campaign Manager (CSM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned client campaigns, from strategy and implementation to optimization and reporting. This client-facing role requires a background in digital marketing, with expertise in SEM, display advertising, and other digital tactics. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the digital marketing landscape, including social media management, email marketing, SEO, and emerging trends. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent verbal and written communication are required. Position Summary:The CSM manages digital marketing projects for assigned accounts, including creating presentations, proposals, and reports. This role involves coordinating campaign implementation, optimization, and client success activities such as onboarding, reporting, and satisfaction surveys. The CSM works closely with clients, providing strategic insights and managing PPC campaigns while collaborating with internal teams on other digital marketing tactics like programmatic display, paid social, and organic tactics. They also assess trends, facilitate performance discussions, build relationships, and propose new advertising strategies to meet client objectives. Position SummaryThe Ministry Operations Coordinator provides behind‑the‑scenes administrative and digital support for our ministry and media clients. This role focuses on website and content audits and updates, routine reporting, digital fi le management, and general administrative tasks, with some light video and contract support as needed. You’ll help keep projects organized and running smoothly by handling the operational details that support our ministry partnerships. This position can be remote. Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing Conduct regular website and content audits, checking links, content accuracy, and formatting, and flagging issues to the team. Pull and update regular reports and stats; maintain tracking spreadsheets and dashboards. Compile and update lists (e.g., contacts, partners, content lists), format fi les and keep shared files organized. Willingness and comfort using AI‑powered tools (for drafting text, organizing information, or basic edits) with training and clear guidelines. Ability to learn new software (video tools, reporting dashboards, content systems) with training. Clear written communication skills; able to follow instructions and document work accurately. Ability to manage your time, work independently in a remote setting, and support a collaborative team. Comfort working with faith-based and politically conservative clients and content, regardless of your personal beliefs. Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior administrative or digital media experience is helpful but “not required”; training will be provided.
