Manage global supplier performance, coordinate rate readiness activities, conduct audits, create risk analyses and action plans, and ensure adherence to company processes. | Experience managing supplier relationships, project management skills, ability to conduct audits and risk analyses, and ensuring supplier performance meets customer expectations. | Supply Chain Manager positions offered by Safran USA, Inc. (Irving, TX). Manages global supplier performance from business initiation to mass production. This includes but is not limited to obtain, implement, track supplier improvement plan, continuously improve in order to guarantee cost, quality, and on time delivery performance is in line with final customer expectation. Also, ensure global supplier supply chain representative improvement action cohesion. Coordinates rate readiness activities (risk analysis, baselines, run rates, maturity and capacity audits) to secure the supplier long term industrial coherence to the customer needs, in order to secure deliveries and quality during the all-program life. Supports other supply chain representative in their missions, purchasing, quality, procurement, critical care, etc. Ensure contractual expectations with suppliers. Understand demands from customers and responsible for the coordination of the relationship between Safran and the supplier. Visit suppliers and at completion of each trip provide a visit report. Continuous Improvement/Maturity of Supply Chain and Processes. Rate Readiness baselines and actions, conduct audits and create action plan(s) and follow-up. Create risk analysis and action plan(s). Project management. Ensure adherence to Safran processes and procedures.
