Your Role at SafelyYou As a General Manager (GM) of Territory Sales - Central Region, you will serve as the executive leader for your designated geographic region, encompassing both net new sales and account management functions.This is a strategic role where you will guide and develop a team of sales professionals rather than carry an individual quota. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to track progress against goals in our CRM Provides prospect feedback on products, services, and policy to respective Company partners The Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology sales, Senior Living experience is a plus Experience engaging with C-suite executives and managing complex sales processes. Strong prospecting skills with a focus on lead generation and closing deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to travel up to 50% for events and client meetings.
