What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our privacy and regulatory compliance programs, including overseeing and managing: development and maintenance of program documentation, including policies, procedures, standards, and guidance; regulatory changes and updates; risk assessments, audits, gap assessments, and tests; development and maintenance of training and awareness materials; program reporting and metrics; privacy and regulatory frameworks for vendor management, including the development and maintenance of questionnaires, checklists, playbooks, and other tools; programs for detecting, investigating, and responding to compliance program issues, including reports of noncompliance, complaints, and investigations from regulators; and, development, maintenance, and implementation of incident response programs. What We’re Looking For At least 2-4 years’ experience working in privacy and/or healthcare compliance, with a focus on general health privacy and/or HIPAA.
