The Data Product Manager – Curation is responsible for designing and managing curated data products that power reporting, analytics, and emerging advanced analytics use cases across RSI like Machine Learning. This role focuses on building trusted, well-modeled, and well-documented data layers that translate raw source data into reusable, business-aligned datasets. The position partners closely with analytics and analyst teams as well as data and analytics engineering to improve data consistency, usability, and self-service adoption. While machine learning and advanced analytics are longer-term areas of evolution, this role lays the semantic and structural foundation required to support them in the future. This role is critical to closing the gap between ingestion and insight and strengthening RSI’s enterprise data maturity. What You'll Do: Design and manage curated data products composed of fact and dimension tables optimized for reporting, analytics, and downstream analytical use cases. Develop and maintain semantic and subject-area data models that support analytics self-service and consistent business definitions. Partner with analytics and BI teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable, reusable curated datasets. Lead schema design, join logic, and standardization efforts to improve trust, consistency, and cross-domain usability of data. Collaborate with data engineering teams on data transformations, modeling standards, and performance optimization. Support future advanced analytics and ML use cases by ensuring curated datasets are well-structured, well-documented, and extensible. Establish governance standards for curated datasets, including documentation, lineage, naming conventions, and data quality monitoring. Track adoption and usage of curated data products, incorporating stakeholder feedback to iteratively improve models and definitions. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, preferred, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in data product, analytics infrastructure, or data modeling roles. Stakeholder Management: 5+ years partnering with BI, analytics, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver trusted data products. Analytics & Product Thinking: Strong understanding of how curated data enables reporting, self-service analytics, and consistent decision-making. Data Modeling: 3–5 years designing dimensional models, schemas, and semantic layers for analytics or reporting use cases. ML Awareness (Foundational): General familiarity with how curated data may support future ML or advanced analytics use cases (e.g., feature readiness, aggregation strategies), without expectation of hands-on model development. Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience working with data marts, transformations, and analytical datasets. Documentation & Governance: Experience maintaining semantic definitions, data catalogs, and quality standards to ensure data is discoverable, explainable, and trustworthy. Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally. As a CX Project Manager, you will manage UI/UX planning, execution, and delivery of UI/UX design and development projects for the player experience. This role requires a creative problem-solver with a strong grasp of design-oriented thinking, project management methodologies, and digital product lifecycles. This role will bring expertise across user interface (UI), user experience (UX), motion design, graphic design, design systems, and native design. They would aim to shape seamless, impactful digital products from concept, launch to post-discovery. What You'll Do: • Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and player needs. • Review all incoming Jira tickets via the project management platform, and work with stakeholders to ensure tickets are clear and have all the applicable information for the team to get started. • Setting up meetings for the team for brief kick offs, alignment, continuing initiatives, and documenting meeting notes for distribution post-meeting via Confluence. • Follow up on stakeholder requests and idle projects and try to alleviate blockers. • Encourage stakeholder engagement on [slack conversations]. • Collaborate with Designers, Developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs. • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation. • Oversee day-to-day project activities, follow up and track progress, and proactively address and flag risks and issues. • Proactively communicate project statuses to stakeholders and escalate issues when needed. • Produce and manage CX team process documentations for stakeholders and CX team to reference within Confluence, such as: SLAs, workflow diagrams, etc. • Review and manage Jira brief submissions, gather outstanding information and update Jira tickets alongside the project’s life cycle. We are seeking a Director, Performance Marketing & Ad Tech to lead RSI’s digital media and ad technology strategy. This individual will oversee all programmatic media buying, optimization, ad network management while helping shape the infrastructure that underpins our growth marketing efforts across brands and markets. What You'll Do: Performance Marketing Leadership Oversee all paid media performance marketing efforts across display, video, mobile, and social channels. Develop and execute strategies for user acquisition and retention through DSPs, Social Media channels and Ad Networks. Manage and optimize media budgets across multiple brands and jurisdictions, ensuring efficient ROI across business objectives. Lead or collaborate with the internal team and agency partners responsible for paid media buying, planning, and execution. Develop scalable testing frameworks for creative, audience segmentation, and channel mix optimization. Ad Tech & Measurement Strategy Own the ad tech and attribution infrastructure from the Growth Marketing perspective, working closely with Product, MarTech, and Data Science teams. Ensure AppsFlyer, GA4, and related tracking tools are properly configured for multi-touch attribution, deferred deep linking, and event-level optimization. Partner with analytics and data engineering teams to ensure accurate data flow between DSPs, MMPs, and Cost-Management systems. Maintain a strong understanding of cross-platform attribution, including Web2App, SKAN (for iOS), and server-to-server integrations. Implement best practices for campaign tagging, tracking parameters, and privacy compliance (CCPA, GDPR). Campaign Execution & Optimization Lead or directly execute DSP-based ad buys, ensuring effective audience targeting, creative rotation, and budget allocation. Optimize ad network performance across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Viant/Adelphic, Moloco, Spotify, and other emerging channels. Leverage first-party data and predictive modeling to improve targeting precision and lifecycle marketing. Monitor and analyze performance metrics including LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates to drive continual improvement. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate with Product Marketing, Legal & Compliance and Creative teams to deliver high-performing campaign assets and ensure message consistency across channels.
