This role uniquely combines strategic product marketing with hands-on content creation, all while operating in a lean, AI-enabled model. You'll not only define what to say and who to say it to, but you'll also create the long-form, technical content that educates prospects, builds trust, and accelerates buying decisions, leveraging AI tools to scale output, maintain quality, and operate efficiently as a team of one initially. Partner with brand and demand gen teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels (web, docs, sales, community). Own the creation of long-form, technical content that educates prospects and accelerates buying decisions—including comparison guides, technical explainers, ROI frameworks, use case deep-dives, architecture guides, and competitive analyses. Develop and execute an SEO/GEO-driven content strategy that captures high-intent search traffic, ranks for critical buying keywords, and drives qualified inbound pipeline. Analyze content performance (engagement, conversion, pipeline influence, organic traffic, keyword rankings) and iterate on formats, topics, and distribution strategies. Build a repeatable, AI-assisted content creation process that can scale as the team grows, including templates, briefs, and quality standards. Lead GTM strategy for all major product launches, pricing changes, and market expansions, from concept through launch and post-launch optimization. Drive cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, and sales to ensure coordinated, high-impact launches. Own competitive intelligence: track the neocloud market landscape, synthesize insights, and translate them into actionable GTM strategies and content. Develop customer evidence programs (case studies, testimonials, reference customers) that build credibility and de-risk buyer decisions. Conduct customer research (interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis) to understand buyer motivations, decision criteria, pain points, and objections. Synthesize product usage data, customer feedback, and market signals to inform messaging, positioning, content strategy, and product prioritization. Serve as the voice of the customer in internal strategy discussions, ensuring GTM and content decisions are grounded in real customer needs and market dynamics.
