As a leader within the IC practice, the successful candidate is responsible for developing strong working relationships with clients built on understanding their businesses, the challenges they face and the outcomes they are looking to achieve. The selected candidate will identify, pursue and close new opportunities with both existing and new clients and will provide subject matter knowledge to support the efforts of the broader consulting practice. This individual will also work across multiple client account teams within a wide variety of industries. The candidate is responsible to lead multiple team engagements simultaneously, including several threads of complex implementation and migration engagements. Able to articulate cloud strategy and understand existing client architectures and propose new or improved solutions across platforms. This includes demonstrable understanding of additional platform specific capabilities and nuances, pricing models and limitations. Infrastructure and Architecture Strong foundation with on-premises infrastructure, virtualization ( VMWare, Hyper-V), networking protocols, storage architectures and data center strategy and operations. Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity patterns. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, ARM templates or CloudFormation. Application Modernization and Migration Strong understanding of cloud-native, modern and legacy application portfolios and experience with migration strategies. Understanding of standard application patterns and the use of containers (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices, serverless and API management. Experience with migration tooling and execution methodologies (7Rs framework). Security & Compliance Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, identity and access management, network security, data encryption and compliance requirements. Understanding of zero-trust architectures, security posture management and regulatory requirements. A Finance Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering multiple complex projects that support enterprise finance initiatives. This role provides oversight across diverse workstreams, digital and non-digital, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and Finance PMO standards. The Senior Project Manager drives integrated planning, scope and RAID management, and milestone tracking while managing interdependencies across projects. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Compensation Range: $107,000 - $214,500 Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

Job Summary The Workday Finance Business Analyst works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and systems. The business analyst’s primary responsibility is to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Under general direction of Finance Business, directs analysis activities for high-priority projects requiring high degree of understanding their business strategies. Essential Duties Workday System Administration & Support: • Perform Workday administrative functions including business process and tenant configuration. • Provide postproduction support within PSA/RM, including Financials, Projects, Resource Plans and Pools, and Resource Forecasts and Budgets. • Understand the overall PSA and RM functionality within Workday. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: • Prepare for and conduct requirements elicitation sessions using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis. • Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements, assumptions, and constraints. • Organize, model, and specify requirements with appropriate detail. Process & Solution Documentation: • Write clear and concise requirements specifications. • Decompose high-level requirements into functional and nonfunctional requirements. • Develop and maintain documentation during creation, implementation, and enhancement of financial processes and solutions Agile & Project Participation: • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scaled Agile, Kanban) and lead Agile ceremonies. • Participate in Go/No-Go decisions and document outcomes. • Conduct change management processes and ensure traceability for team releases. Change & Issue Management: • Manage issues and changes to baselined requirements using change control processes. • Ensure traceability of requirements to project goals, development, and testing plans. Other duties as assigned: Support additional initiatives and responsibilities as needed to advance organizational goals. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree (required) or equivalent experience. • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) (preferred) TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS • Knowledge of product management concepts and how enterprise software products are positioned and developed. • Knowledge of defect tracking processes and tools • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a highly collaborative environment • Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio • General knowledge of business and IT systems • Strong attention to detail, motivation, and initiative • Listening, observation, and oral communication skills, to understand what people say and to detect what they might be hesitant to say. • Facilitation skills, to lead requirements elicitation workshops. • Organizational skills, to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to manage rapidly changing information. • Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders • Time management skills, to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. • SDLC knowledge - Agile Scrum • Understanding of basic Accounting or business processes EXPERIENCE • Two to four years of Workday experience • Minimum of five years of business analysis experience working in a development environment • Experience in Workday Financials, specifically Projects, Resource Plans, Pools, and Forecasts, and Budgets LEADERSHIP SKILLS At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
