Job Summary: This position supports the maintenance and development of the Human Resource Management System and other systems managed by the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) team. This position translates business objectives into system requirements to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and elevate the user experience. This position is responsible for implementing these changes and serves as the go-to expert for the local HRIS. This position also ensures that the HRIS meets organizational needs, recommends new software, and manages vast amounts of data.This position works independently, with limited supervision, applying advanced knowledge and the ability to evaluate and propose adaptations to standard methodologies and procedures for non-routine components of assignments; problems faced are typically difficult and sometimes complex. Essential Functions: Leads highly complex projects throughout their lifecycle, managing significant complexity and impact. Independently leads project tasks, collaborates with leaders on complex issues, and serves as a resource for other team members. Establishes relationships and becomes trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document and validate business requirements and drive towards business goals and objectives. Conducts data analysis, builds models using data mining and statistical tools such as excel to develop project stories and establishes key objectives using data and insights. Synthesizes quantitative analysis and effectively communicates findings. Builds analytical models utilizing both financial and non-financial data. Uses broad financial analysis and business knowledge to influence management decisions. Utilizes a logical approach to problem-solving by participating in strategy discussions with leaders, developing innovative solutions to key business issues, demonstrating an understanding of business issues, and delivering actionable recommendations. Prepares and presents the results of analysis and recommendations to business and project leaders. Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvement; gains buy-in from key stakeholders on business-critical priorities. Creates accurate, high-quality, and timely deliverables. Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years of relevant experience. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications and software. Requires understanding and application of qualitative and quantitative measurement and data collection design principles. Also requires the ability to analyze and evaluate data and identify patterns and trends, as well as formulate recommendations. Requires strong attention to detail, commitment to follow through, and ability to work independently following general direction and oversight from leadership. Also requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, set priorities, and manage multiple projects and assignments. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and understand people in a courteous and professional manner. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ADP Lyric is preferred. HR professional certification. Experience working in an architecture or engineering firm. Develop and maintain HR analytics reports, build predictive models, and support data-driven HR initiatives. | Requires 7+ years of HR analytics experience, proficiency in data visualization and statistical software, and strong understanding of HR systems. | The Opportunity The Human Resources Senior Data Analyst is responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive strategic HR decisions and optimize workforce effectiveness. This role partners with HR leadership and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, develop predictive models, and support data-driven initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Essential Functions: Data Analysis and Reporting: Develops and maintains People Team reports and analytics for all levels of management. This includes, but is not limited to: Collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources. Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership. Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics. Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytic systems, taking complicated problems and build simple frameworks. Implement and assist in the development of HR analytics reporting systems. Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy. Advanced Analytics Build predictive models to forecast workforce trends, attrition, and talent needs. Conduct statistical analyses to identify patterns, correlations, and root causes of people-related challenges. Support workforce planning and organizational design through data-driven insights. Data Management and Quality Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across HR systems through development and oversight of auditing and other mechanisms. Collaborate with IT and HCM teams to improve data architecture and processes. Adhere to and enforce data governance standards and government reporting. Strategic Projects Lead or support HR analytics projects (e.g., compensation benchmarking, pulse and other studies). Provide analytical support for HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, learning & development, and succession planning. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with HR business partners, recruiters, and business leaders to understand data needs and deliver solutions. Train HR staff on data literacy and analytics tools. Performs all other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, statistics, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in complex HR analytics, data analysis, or related roles, and the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed in the section below Expert knowledge of Excel and proficiency in the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SQL). Strong understanding of HR processes and systems (HCM, ATS, payroll). Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Must possess advanced organizational, prioritization, and oral and written communications skills. Ability to distill complex findings clearly and flex communication style to the audience. Must have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with others, as well as consult with business leaders and HR team members on HCMS strategies. The consultant will operate as a trusted advisor, shaping policy, engaging stakeholders, and guiding implementation of one of the most ambitious AAM initiatives in the nation. As the AAM Program Manager, you will drive the development, integration, and execution of initiatives that support next-generation air transportation systems. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, engineering, operations, and business development, requiring a blend of technical expertise, regulatory awareness, and stakeholder engagement. The individual will serve as a cross-functional leader-shaping corporate strategy, developing infrastructure solutions, engaging with regulators and partners, and ensuring successful implementation of AAM vertiport operations. To be successful in this role, you must: • Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning, public policy, business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. • 15 years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5+ years advsing DOTs, airports or federal agencies on emerging aviation technologies (UAS, AAM, UAM). • Demonstrated experience leading multi-displinary consultant teams on a large-scale, statewide or multi-agency initatives. • Strong background in policy, governance and regulatory strategy at the federal or state level. Preferred Qualifications: • UAS/drone operations experience (commercial, research or government applications). • Experience in urban air mobility, eVTOL or advanced rotorcraft programs. • Infrastructure planning/design experience - airports, vertiports, electrical charging systems or multimodal transit integration.
