To be successful in this role, you must: • Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning, public policy, business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. • 15 years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5+ years advsing DOTs, airports or federal agencies on emerging aviation technologies (UAS, AAM, UAM). • Demonstrated experience leading multi-displinary consultant teams on a large-scale, statewide or multi-agency initatives. • Strong background in policy, governance and regulatory strategy at the federal or state level. Preferred Qualifications: • UAS/drone operations experience (commercial, research or government applications). • Experience in urban air mobility, eVTOL or advanced rotorcraft programs. • Infrastructure planning/design experience - airports, vertiports, electrical charging systems or multimodal transit integration.
