Key Responsibilities • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures. • Assemble components and products with precision, following detailed instructions and blueprints. • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. • Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly. • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. • Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment required. • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints or work instructions. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 lbs], and perform repetitive tasks. • Basic math skills and familiarity with measuring tools (e.g., calipers, tape measures). • Team player with excellent communication skills. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends, as needed.
