Position Summary: The role will focus on driving business goals through paid digital media execution across various mediums, with specific attention to SEM, affiliate and lead generation. The role will need to be well versed on Celebrity’s guest segmentation strategy and manage to a full marketing campaign calendar in order to meet critical deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • PLANNING & EXECUTION: This position will support the media team with annual/ongoing Brand & Retail paid media strategy development, planning, predictive modeling and briefing for media. Creates and leads briefings to internal teams for timely execution of media campaigns. Oversees long term lead gen strategy with key internal stakeholders. • TESTING & OPTIMIZATION: You'll partner with counterpart channel specialists, agency team, internal creative teams, measurement, analytics and marketing stakeholder teams to deliver end to end execution and performance management of campaigns. Drive continuous improvement through research, recommend development and implementation of new digital initiatives. Plan regular cadence of testing and optimization programs designed to drive continuous improvement around core KPIs. Pressure tests weekly Agency optimization recommendations. Works with Business Intelligence on testing opportunities. • REPORTING & COMMUNICATION: Work with Manager on implementing ongoing cadence of reporting for internal stakeholders. Dig into agency reports to ensure alignment to internal goals and strategy. Responsible for attending weekly status and reporting calls with media agency as well assuring accuracy on reporting data. Must be able to pull perfomance and and do analysis from in platform sources. • BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Own the day to day changes, and overall SEM, affiliate marketing and lead generation budgets. Position Summary: The Account Executive in Trade Marketing supports the production of marketing collateral and trade media for the travel agent channel. This role supports a handful of travel agency accounts and the execution of marketing plans. This position also coordinates the creation of trade collateral, trade media assets, updates calendars, produces presentations and supports the coordination and activation of trade shows. The Account Executive ensures that all brand messaging is accurate and consistent across marketing materials, maintains the project management tool up and travel agent leads file updated. This position works closely with Trade Sales, and Revenue Management teams as well as other stakeholders within Marketing at Silversea. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Executing established marketing plans for several Strategic Partners. This includes and is not limited to providing content to travel agencies via online forms, and /or email. Coordinates the creation of landing pages, direct mails, emails, social media posts, flyers, etc…for travel agencies and this includes B2C and B2B marketing. • Communicates global brand campaigns, launches and promotions to Strategic Partners and ensures agency is ready to activate. Coordinates activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and accurately reflects current project status through regular updates of tasks and statuses. Tracks progress of owner supply specification, requisition, and procurement. Works with Financial Department to track the owner supply budget, cost control and reporting.  Leads and organizes team in development of monthly presentations for senior executives.  Oversees preparation of project reports for management, client, or others.  Manage, develop and follow-up project reporting on the department intranet site including the various reports, databases, and key performance indicators.
