Your Next Opportunity The Market Intelligence team at Rosendin seeks an exceptional candidate to provide actionable research and intelligence to the company. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing industry trends, synthesizing research into meaningful insights, assisting the Corporate Strategy team with key company initiatives, and coordinating efforts across Rosendin's business units and functions. The role requires close interaction with senior Corporate Strategy team members and other senior stakeholders across Business Development and Operations. What You'll Do • Act as the subject matter expert for 2-3 construction market segments by industry and/or geography, preparing reports, memos, quantitative market models, and timely intelligence • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives under the guidance of the corporate strategy team leadership • Provide external market research, data, and trends to the corporate strategy team and other internal stakeholders • Collaborate with functional and regional teams to gather data, conduct analysis, and provide insights that contribute to Rosendin's growth initiatives. • Develop and maintain complex financial and operational models to support strategic decision-making. • Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources, including market forecasts by regions & industries, to generate actionable insights. • Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for senior leadership. • Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. • Travel to other Rosendin offices and industry conferences as required to present findings and gather data (occasional overnight travel may be necessary) What You'll Need To Be Successful • Strong ability to synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative research into meaningful insights & narrative • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience in developing and maintaining complex financial models and conducting scenario analyses. • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and implement data-driven solutions. What You Bring To Us • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field. YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY: The Engineering Team Lead is an engineering management position responsible for providing technical engineering oversight and design team management for engineering projects for which they are assigned.
