What you will be doing • Acting as the key operational issues escalation point for businesses supported by Insourced IT within the region • Liaising with Change Management and IT Security to authorize changes to the IT infrastructure for the locations supported by IT. Develop and maintain cost models, track actual costs vs. predicted. Drive a reduction in the unit and total costs for each service to benchmarked levels without impacting standards, quality, safety and performance of the service. • Ensuring that the necessary arrangements are in place to maintain or recover the delivery of systems and services in the event of any physical, technical or environmental disaster or major outage within Insourced IT locations.
