Job Description As a controls engineer, you will build customer relations and apply your technical expertise to on-site projects as you oversee field service deliverables, establish operational quality and assure customer satisfaction. Job Description As Content Manager at Rockwell Automation, you will focus on industrial cybersecurity content to support the marketing needs. You are an experienced marketer who leads content strategy and development within the marketing team, ensuring assets effectively guide prospects through every stage of the buyer's journey. This role involves owning the content program, collaborating across departments to product high-quality, engaging materials that position Rockwell as a trusted partner in OT cybersecurity. You will manage editorial planning, optimize content performance, and refine messaging for digital channels, including website and SEO. This position offers the opportunity to shape a strategic content program that drives measurable impact on brand authority, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will report to Senior Marketing Manager, Team Lead. You will work Hybrid in one of Rockwell office locations in the US. Key responsibilities: • Define and own content strategy that aims to both build awareness and drive engagement for Rockwell Automation cybersecurity offerings • Develop and execute content plans that align to the goals and objectives of our cybersecurity business strategy • Write, edit, and support the creation of various content types (blogs, whitepapers, one pagers, case studies, presentations, web pages, etc.) • Guide the direction of webinars, event presentations, and campaign assets for messaging consistency across all channels • Lead the strategic management of the cybersecurity portion of the website in partnership with the web team, optimizing content to increase organic traffic, improve SEO performance, and drive conversion • Identify and recommend narratives and topics to be used in content creation • Maintain and communicate a content calendar to keep all stakeholders informed on publishing timelines and content priorities • Set clear goals and KPIs to measure and prioritize top initiatives • Measure the impact of content strategy on website traffic, social engagement, conversions and pipeline • Optimize content for SEO, user engagement and buyer intent. You will report to the Director, Marketing - Americas and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH or any one of our business locations in the United States. Your Responsibilities: • Work with the partner ecosystem to increase strategic alignment, planning and performance of all marketing efforts to amplify reach and coverage that drives growth • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive strategy, annual plans, execution and performance. • Work with the global marketing team (CoE) to define and activate campaigns in North America • Adopt, and modify if necessary, horizontal and vertical omnichannel demand generation programs for ABM (1:few and scale). • Driving executive and account engagement that influences and accelerates pipeline. Two key metrics are Marketing Influenced Opportunities (MIO) and Sales qualified leads (SQL). • Track and share results with sales that use data-driven insights to implement improvements. • Integrate product marketing launches into marketing plans. • Portfolio penetration analysis to understand up-sale and cross-sale opportunities to implement campaigns that capture a bigger wallet share for each assigned strategic account • Acquire new contacts in the strategic accounts to do outbound marketing specially in new buying centers for Cyber, DX, Software and services. • Drive engagements with higher executive level for strategic accounts CXO and VPs. • Drive periodic reviews with the sales team to give visibility to results and performance and define improvements to the plans • Drive Marketing Influenced Opportunities (MIO) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) • In collaboration with global content and activation teams, implement awareness and demand journeys that drive engagement at each stage of the buyer's journey. • Implement best practices internally and with partners • Recruit, retain and motive a high-performance team. The Essentials - You Will Have: • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
