Overview As a Senior Advertising Operations Manager, you are responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of digital marketing, product feed operations or retail media campaigns for Rithum’s enterprise and strategic clients. In this role, you implement campaign setups, monitor performance, build and optimize product data feeds, and troubleshoot issues across key platforms. You work closely with Advertising Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, and cross –functional teams to ensure accurate delivery, data integrity, and timely execution of client programs. Responsibilities Own a portfolio of key client accounts overseeing the strategy, planning execution and optimization of digital and retail media campaigns or product feeds across major advertising platforms. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, retail media, or product feed management. Proven success managing complex, product feed data and campaign processes that enhance digital marketing results across Google, Bing, Meta and other advertising platforms. Scripting and formula-based problem solving experience. Strong analytical mindset, including the ability to interpret trends and make data-driven decisions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership skills, whether formal or informal. This range represents the base pay for the role across all U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience.
