Develop and implement automation roadmap and strategy using Tosca and related tools across multiple platforms, integrating with DevOps pipelines and supporting test automation solutions. | 12+ years in software test automation with minimum 5 years as Tosca Architect, hands-on experience with Tosca, Qtest, Jenkins, Neo Load, Selenium, and relevant certifications preferred. | Lead Tosca Test Engineer opening Location: Must reside or be able to relocate to Chicago, IL Job Description • Develop automation roadmap and automation strategy for Navistar leveraging Tricentis Tosca for functional automation. Qtest as test management repository and Neo Load for Non-Functional Automation • Must have hands on experience in setting up and troubleshooting Tosca. • Support test automation solutions for different environments and multiple platforms across Navistar landscape (Web, Windows, ERP, Sales Force and API's) • Excellent hands-on experience with integrating SolMan, Jira, Jenkins with Tosca Experience to implement CICD pipeline. • Experience working with Jenkins. • Experience with integrating the Tricentis TOSCA product suite with DevOps pipeline and with databases including customizing/extending other related functionalities. • Familiarity with Selenium automated testing and converting selenium scripts to Tosca. • 12 plus years' experience in software test automation minimum of 5 years as TOSCA Architect and Qtest hands on experience • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team and in collaboration with different teams. • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Tricentis Qtest is mandatory. • Minimum of 1 years' experience with Neo Load is recommended. e. The IT Analyst Sr – Project Management will exhibit a high degree of professionalism, customer service and enthusiasm. TOP (5) POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & ESTIMATED PERCENTAGE OF TIME EACH REQUIRES: 70% Lead Assigned IT Projects: • Manage IT projects from initiation through delivery ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. Work with internal/external clients to gather business requirements and coordinate project plans. Identify project scope, develop implementation plan, engage key stakeholders, define and coordinate activities, communicate changes and progress, build commitment, overcome resistance and lead project teams. • Maintain documentation of project data, plan, progress, issues, resolution, risks, task completion, lessons learned, and variances. Escalate changes to project scope or plan to the appropriate manager. Evaluate project risks, develop contingency plans, and respond quickly to changes in risk as the project progresses. Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, set clear expectations, inspire and motivate others to perform well. Meet challenges with resourcefulness. 20% Provide support and maintain the IT Project Management Portal and Project Management Methodology: • Generate suggestions for improving project management practices and methodologies. • Engage the department staff to transfer knowledge and educate personnel on effective project and process improvement methodologies. 10% Assist in providing project management auditing services to projects and mentor project managers and leaders in the concepts of the project management standards.
