Position Summary Rimini Street is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Director to develop and grow strategic relationships with partners in the NAMER Region. This role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, enabling, and managing referral, reseller, and alliance partners to accelerate pipeline generation, deal progression, and revenue growth for Rimini Street’s Portfolio. The right candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of sales excellence, the ability to consistently meet or exceed quotas, and the capacity to take the business to the next level. Must be hungry and have a passion for winning. We need someone who can be hands-on to build revenue and be a strategic thinker with the ability to create long-term relationships with partners that drive NCI revenue growth within the NAMER Region. This Partner Manager needs to ensure that the Partners have a proper understanding of Rimini Street's portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of sales and partner managing experience in the NAMER Region. The candidate should also have excellent executive relationships with the partners. Strong communication skills are required, as well as the ability to promote the value of Rimini Street to system integrators and consulting firms, referral, reseller, and alliance partners. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Partner Recruitment & Onboarding Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential partners (including resellers, referral partners, system integrators, and consulting firms). Manage partner onboarding process including training, and contractual alignment. Partner Enablement & Sales Acceleration Drive partner readiness through enablement programs, product training, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Support partners in identifying opportunities and building the pipeline. Co-sell with partners to influence and close Rimini Street deals. Sales Activities Collaborate closely with ours and the partner sellers including marketing to qualify and follow up on partner-sourced leads as well as leads we share with partners. Manage and drive selected strategic sales cycles from qualification to closure with partner involvement. Support ours and the partner sellers with pipeline acceleration tactics, deal desk approval, and strategic prospecting aligned with partner activity. Relationship Management Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations. Act as the single point of contact for partner engagement in region. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Legal, etc.) to support partner needs and joint initiatives. Performance Management & Reporting Set quarterly business goals and joint action plans with key partners. Track partner performance metrics (pipeline, revenue, activity). Provide regular reporting and insights to management on partner contribution. Marketing & GTM Collaboration Plan and execute joint marketing activities, campaigns, and partner events. Localize and share Rimini Street’s value proposition tailored for region enterprise clients through partners. Location US - Remote Reports To Region GM Education Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA a plus. Language Fluent English (spoken and written) Experience 10+ years of sales and partner management experience in a global software or IT services company. Familiarity with software support services, managed services, or third-party support models. Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. Comfortable with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce). Record of sustained and significant quota over-achievement. Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment Skills Engage with a consultative sales approach Must be articulate with strong writing and presentation skills (both in Korean and English). Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities Very strong work ethic with “can-do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitude Ability to leverage a supporting team of Account Executives, Client Success Managers, Pre-Sales Engineers, Lead Generation, and Marketing Desired Qualifications Experience partner/alliance for major software vendors (e.g., SAP or Oracle) or System Integrators or Global enterprise companies. Position Summary The Vice President, Strategic Client Delivery is accountable for the overall health, performance, and growth of assigned strategic accounts, with direct ownership of three core outcomes: Customer Satisfaction through proactive relationship management and escalation avoidance Account Profitability (P&L performance) Growth and Expansion of the client relationship This role operates as the executive owner of the client relationship, responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, financial performance, and long-term client value through strong governance, proactive engagement, and cross-functional leadership. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Own Customer Satisfaction and Client Experience – Drive high client satisfaction and advocacy by proactively managing client health, building strong executive relationships, and anticipating issues early to prevent escalation. Own Account P&L and Financial Performance – Manage profitability of assigned accounts by ensuring delivery is executed within financial targets while optimizing cost, efficiency, and margin. Shape service costing and delivery efficiency – Provide input into service costing and delivery models while identifying and implementing ways to deliver services faster, better, and more cost-effectively. Drive Growth and Expansion – Continuously identify and execute opportunities to increase revenue within assigned accounts through expansion, cross-sell, and upsell of additional services and solutions. Mentor and elevate the delivery organization – Serve as a mentor, teacher, and experienced leader within the broader delivery organization by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and applying practical experience to strengthen team capability, execution quality, and leadership effectiveness. Strengthen Governance and Operating Discipline – Define and track key client metrics, establish governance models, and drive performance management and continuous improvement across delivery and engagement models. Develop account health metrics – Establish internal metrics and indicators that provide a comprehensive view of each account’s true health, including client satisfaction, delivery performance, financial performance, growth potential, and risk signals. The role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Marketing Operations. The Marketing Technology and Operations Sr. Manager will be based in the US and may work from a remote office. Position Summary We are looking for a Marketing Technology and Operations Sr. Manager with a deep specialization in Marketing Technology to architect, optimize, and govern our global MarTech ecosystem. This strategic role will partner with marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to design scalable systems, automate workflows, and enable personalization, data governance, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings a systems-thinking approach, deep technical knowledge of modern marketing architecture, and a passion for operational scalability. Key Responsibilities Marketing Technology Architecture & Strategy Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the end-to-end marketing technology ecosystem. Map marketing business goals to platform capabilities, ensuring tech stack alignment with strategic initiatives. Build and maintain a scalable architecture integrating customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation, CRMs, Social Media Management, tag management, consent management, and content platforms. Own the marketing systems roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional partners on platform selection, deployment, and optimization. Systems Integration & Workflow Automation Ensure seamless data flow and integration between marketing platforms, sales systems, web platforms, and customer success tools Drive automation of lead capture, enrichment, routing, and segmentation workflows, ensuring consistent data formatting and syncs across systems. Manage identity resolution strategy across channels and platforms to support omnichannel marketing and personalization efforts. Data Governance & Privacy Compliance Define and enforce standards around marketing data collection, hygiene, normalization, and taxonomy. This is a remote position, however, if you are located within 50 miles of one of Rimini Street’s corporate offices, this position allows for a hybrid work option. Position Summary As the Director of Corporate Events Strategy, Program and Content, you bring together brand experience, executive messaging, client engagement, community expansion and content creation, resulting in powerful in-person and online events executed by regional and corporate teams. Taking Rimini Street’s already successful events to new heights, this role focuses on 1) overseeing the corporate events program 2) ensuring the brand experience is seamlessly executed throughout its entirety, and 3) planning and developing speaker materials in partnership with senior executives such as our CEO, CIO, CTOs, CMO, Industry Solutions leaders, as well as our Regional GMs and clients. Qualified candidates must have a remarkable talent for taking complex concepts and translating it into easy-to-understand visuals, effectively telling Rimini Street’s story of differentiated services, products and solutions that bring extraordinary value to the market and solves complex business challenges. The successful candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a high-pressure environment. Strong skills in communication, organization and precision are a must. This position reports directly to the VP of Global Brand, Content and Communications, who also oversees Corporate Events and Web Strategy. Travel within the US and globally is expected. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • In collaboration with cross-functional teams, develop the next-generation strategy for Rimini Street events that support company growth and awareness goals • Build a comprehensive in-person and virtual events plan • Maintain the global calendar as well as the executive and speaker assignment for each event • Partner with C-suites, GMs, field leaders and clients in coordinating and creating of presentations for events • Implement and drive adoption of global event execution best practices • Define and deliver proactive program improvements across all events, including pre-show planning, onsite execution, and post-show activities • Collaborate with field leaders and marketing team members to support execution of events including outreach, promotion and onsite management as needed • Develop ROI reports, metrics, and analysis to determine effectiveness of events • Oversee event enablement tools including templates, process document and check list • Organize, store and deliver event photos, videos, survey results and other relevant materials to various teams for the purposes of blogs, social media, client storytelling, promotion, etc. • Ensure brand consistency and quality experience across all corporate-led events Additional Duties and Responsibilities • Participate in and lead learning opportunities for messaging development • Oversee special projects in relation to Global Events, participating in meetings and special events as needed • Oversee contract legal review and approval process as needed Education •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Location • Remote - U.S. Experience • 10+ years of high-tech global marketing and events management and operations, including ownership of strategy, planning, content, growth, and successful execution of global, corporate events. Qualifications and Skills • Proven record of event marketing and leadership • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, nonverbal, visual, listening) • Takes complex concepts and reformat them into simple, easy-to-consume content in the form of visuals and words • Excellent interpersonal skills; experience developing strong working relationships with internal partners, clients, partners and third-party vendors • Exceptional program, project, and time management skills. About the Role Rimini Street is seeking a Partner Marketing Director to play a pivotal role in building a Partner Marketing Center of Excellence within the corporate marketing organization. The ideal candidate brings deep B2B global partner marketing and integrated campaign experience, a global mindset, and a proven track record of scaling partner demand and delivering measurable business impact through cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of a Partner Marketing Center of Excellence to drive consistency, scalability and operational partner marketing efficiency across global partner marketing efforts.
