Manage project schedules and budgets, coordinate with engineering teams, oversee quality control, and support business development. | Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PE license preferred, 7+ years project management experience, PMP certification, LEED accreditation, and proficiency with MS Office and BIM/Revit. | Some of your responsibilities include the following: Management of schedule and budgets for a multitude of projects Responsible for client communications Work directly with the Principal-in-Charge (PIC) to develop and manage project designs from initial concept through design documents, construction documents, construction, and project turnover. Collaborate and coordinate with all engineering discipline departments Track action items and drive them to closure Perform site investigation surveys to support design efforts and interim and final punch list reviews to support Construction Administration and Project Closeout. Manage Quality Control process and adhere to internal procedures. Understand and carry the firm's client service approach and associated focus on Sustainability. Participate in business development for repeat work as well as new strategic client development. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering PE license preferred 7 plus years project management experience and/or PMP Certified LEED Accreditation; commitment to Sustainability Understand industry trends and participate in local industry organizations (i.e. ISPE) Fluency in MS Office products including MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook and strong communication and computer skills are required. Working knowledge of BIM and Revit desired The preferred candidate will have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and team leadership skills.
