Lead talent management programs and align talent with client business needs to drive organizational success. | Requires 8+ years talent management experience, strong communication, workforce development, and ATS/CRM experience. | We are actively seeking a dynamic Talent Management Director who will serve as a pivotal business partner and talent authority. In this role, the Director will align top-tier talent with our clients to help them achieve their business objectives. They will play a proactive role in coaching and developing our Consultants while ensuring the success of both clients and Consultants by effectively managing the intersection of client needs, talent pool, and engagement process. Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation What you will work on • Collaborate with Sales to create a significant impact for the client and market growth by understanding and addressing client business needs • Facilitate proactive and responsive talent matching, matching “the right talent, to the right place, at the right time” • Partner with Sales and clients to understand their business and anticipate demand trends and transition dates for current Consultants • Utilize client knowledge to identify the essential success factors (knowledge, skills and attributes) for a Consultant to deliver in the required role • Turn “knowledge into action” by assessing potential talent for technical and cultural fit, offering appropriate recommendations to the account team • Work with Consultants to identify opportunities within the client’s business and communicate to Sales and Solutions • Leverage technology (talent systems, dashboards and metrics) to proactively and regularly inform business partners on talent supply levels and ongoing activities • Forecast client needs to identify RGP talent and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure alignment between supply and demand • Provide expert knowledge of our Consultants by understanding their functional and technical strengths, personal and professional goals, and work preferences and constraints • Establish strategic and effective talent management programs and processes including: Alumni relationships, RGP onboarding, First-year plan authorship and management, Engagement offboarding including data capture of the Consultant’s recent experience and updated skill inventory, Performance management review and coaching, Compensation reviews, Professional development plans. This is a full-time, remote engagement with an expected duration of 3 to 6 months. The ideal candidate will bring good knowledge of Insurance Data and Data Flows (Property & Casualty or Life), and thrive in fast-paced environments. With a strong emphasis on financial and operational domains, including Finance, Actuarial, and Reinsurance, this role demands a high level of precision and collaboration to ensure data consistency, compliance, and integrity. This Data Governance Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting enterprise-wide data governance and management. This hands-on role is focused on enhancing the organization’s metadata environment and ensuring data traceability, accuracy, and usability across multiple systems. Acting as a key liaison between the data team, Finance, and business stakeholders, the analyst will support the creation of data lineage, business-friendly naming conventions, and governance practices aligned with enterprise standards. What you will work on • Collaborate with the data team to manage and enhance cloud metadata repositories. • Expand metadata repository to include: Source-to-target data lineage mapping, Business-friendly names for technical fields, Identification and flagging of Enterprise Critical Data Elements (ECDE) and Domain Critical Data Elements (DCDE) • Identify and document OSOT (Operational Source of Truth) field names and mapped equivalents through to the General Ledger. • Establish and maintain reference tables to record the source of each data element (e.g., MGA or TPA systems/personnel, system-specific SFTP feeds, etc.). • Partner with the Finance team to align data dictionary and mapping efforts in SAP: • Ensure proper mapping of DCDE for financial reporting. • Assist in determining scope of SAP inputs (all fields vs. targeted subsets). • Act as liaison between the data team and business stakeholders, including engagement with data governance councils to define and approve ECDE and DCDE. What you will bring • Bachelor's Degree or other Advanced Relevant Degree (Business, Finance and/or Technology) • 7-12 Years experience in Data Governance, Metadata Management or related Data-focused roles. • Strong Insurance Industry Experience (Property and Casualty (P&C) Industry strongly preferred) and proven experience leading data governance and management initiatives in complex Financial Services and Insurance Industry environments. • Strong understanding of data governance principles, metadata management, and data lineage. • Proven ability to map and translate technical field names into business-friendly terminology. • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and metadata management tools such as MS Azure • Familiarity with financial data management and SAP; direct experience highly advantageous. • Strong knowledge of Data and Data Flows for Property and Casualty Insurance, Reinsurance, Finance, and Actuarial Data Domains.
